Y/N sat at the table, her eyes scanning the files spread out before her. The dim, cold room she had been shoved into felt like a cage, but she didn't let it faze her. There were bigger problems at hand. Infiltrating UA, the training ground of future heroes, meant stepping into enemy territory, and there was no room for mistakes.
The file in front of her bore the bold letters: U.A. High School: Staff and Students. She flipped through it, seeing photos, detailed descriptions, and notes on key personnel. Her mission was clear-gather intel, sabotage where possible, and, most importantly, monitor All Might. All for One had drilled it into her skull: All Might was the key to breaking down the heroes from the inside.
She paused at his photo, narrowing her eyes. The Symbol of Peace, the man everyone idolized, the one who could smile through any storm. The very thought of him made her stomach twist, not with fear but with a deep-seated anger. He was everything that had been denied to her-strength, freedom, and, most of all, the power to choose his own path. All for One had made sure Y/N never had any of that.
But this mission... this was a chance. If she could play her cards right, maybe she could find a way out of this nightmare.
"UA," she muttered under her breath, flipping to the next page. The students were listed, along with quirks, class schedules, and notable accomplishments. There was a full section on Class 1-A, All Might's precious students. Her job was to blend in, learn the ins and outs, and disrupt their progress without drawing suspicion. A thin line she'd have to walk.
She ran her fingers across the profiles, stopping on the one labelled Midoriya Izuku. His quirk was listed as "unknown," yet there were a ton of notes detailing his suspicious connections to All Might. Y/N's lips twisted into a smirk. This kid was clearly important. If she could get close to him, she might be able to unlock the secrets that All for One so desperately wanted.
She spent the rest of the night absorbing the information, memorizing names, quirks, and habits. She couldn't afford any mistakes when she entered UA. The teachers would be watching, the students even more so. She had to be the perfect blend of invisible and indispensable. There was no other way to survive.
As the hours ticked by, the dull ache in her head grew stronger, but she kept pushing through. This was her life now-memorizing details, crafting a perfect facade, playing the part of the spy while hiding her real purpose beneath layers of lies.

The next morning, Y/N sat at a small desk in the hideout, facing the man tasked with briefing her on the final details. Kurogiri, the shadowy figure with mist for a face, stood across from her, arms crossed. His voice was smooth, always calm despite the chaos that surrounded them.
"Everything is prepared," Kurogiri said, his tone level. "Your identity at UA has been carefully crafted. You'll be posing as a transfer student from overseas, here to observe Japan's hero training. Your quirk is listed as 'passive stealth,' which will justify your need to stay unnoticed during training exercises. All Might himself approved your admission."
Y/N nodded, though her stomach churned. Playing the part of a transfer student was simple enough, but knowing All Might had signed off on her entry into UA felt like an extra weight. She wondered what he'd think if he knew the truth. Not that it mattered. To her, he was just another obstacle.
"I'll blend in," she replied, forcing confidence into her voice. "No one will suspect a thing."
Kurogiri's gaze lingered on her for a moment before he nodded. "Good. But remember, Y/N, this mission isn't about your survival. It's about results. All for One will not tolerate failure."
The words hit her like a punch to the gut, but she didn't let it show. She had learned long ago that fear was a luxury she couldn't afford.
"Understood," she said, standing up. "I'll gather the intel, and I'll keep tabs on All Might. Is there anything else?"
Kurogiri's form shifted slightly, the mist around him swirling. "One more thing. You're not to engage unless absolutely necessary. We cannot afford any reckless actions."
"Reckless actions?" Y/N allowed a bitter smile to flicker on her lips. "I'm not Tomura. I know how to keep my head down."
Kurogiri gave her a curt nod. "Then you're dismissed. You leave tonight."

The hours slipped away too fast. As night fell, Y/N found herself back in her room, staring once more at the mirror. The reflection that stared back at her felt like a stranger. Gone was the broken girl who used to flinch at every harsh word. In her place was someone colder, sharper, ready to wear the mask that All for One had forced onto her.
She ran her fingers along the edges of her new uniform, the symbol of UA embroidered on the chest. It felt wrong against her skin, like she was betraying everything she had ever known. But she pushed the thought aside. This wasn't about right or wrong. This was about survival.
She grabbed her bag, filled with everything she needed to begin her new life as a student at UA. The papers inside detailed her new identity-Y/N Fujita, a quiet transfer student from a minor hero academy in the West. Her quirk, Stealth, was nothing flashy, nothing that would draw attention. Just the way she needed it.
As she made her way to the door, her heart hammered in her chest. The thought of walking into that school, surrounded by future heroes, felt like walking into the lion's den. But she had no choice. This was her mission. Failure wasn't an option.
With one final glance at her reflection, she turned and left the room. The time for doubt had passed. Now, all that mattered was the mission.
