Backstory:

Kei is one of the reborn souls in Soul Cycle: The Reborn Path, whose past lives have been a mystery even to her. Born into a small village where she was raised by humble farmers, she always felt an inexplicable connection to the skies, particularly drawn to the sight of wings and the distant echoes of forgotten memories. Her life in the village was simple, but it was marked by a growing sense of unease, as nightmares of past lives began to surface in her teenage years. In these dreams, she saw herself as a warrior with four radiant wings, adorned with armor that shone with glowing diamonds, fighting alongside a figure she couldn't quite recall—Commander Teri.

As Kei grew older, the dreams became more intense. By the time she was 18, she had started to piece together fragments of her past. She realized that her destiny was entwined with something much larger, a cycle of death and rebirth that she couldn't escape. At 20, after a tragic event in her village where a band of marauders attacked and destroyed her home, Kei's wings and armor manifested during the chaos. This event forced her to leave her life as a farmer behind, embarking on a journey to uncover the truth of her past and her role in breaking the endless Soul Cycle.

Kei has since become a warrior, seeking out others like her, including Commander Teri, with whom she shares a deep, forgotten bond. As one of the few who remembers glimpses of her previous lives, Kei now stands at the precipice of choosing her own fate or falling back into the cycle that has controlled her for lifetimes.

Unbeknownst to her, this life is only the latest in a long chain of reincarnations, stretching back to a time when she was a powerful sorceress, feared by many. In each life, she has been hunted by soul reapers—malevolent entities seeking to claim her power. Now, in this new life, her dormant memories start to resurface, leading her on a perilous path to uncover her true identity and the dark purpose behind the endless cycle of her rebirth.

Astra is not only fighting to reclaim her past but also to control her own future.
