Sally walked with Tate in school, holding hands together. Sally walked with Tate to his class.
He gave her a kiss before heading to his lesson and Sally headed to her locker as she had a free period.
Opening her locker, Sally was confused when she saw a black rose in her locker with a small note next to it.
Sally took it carefully and smiled at the words written upon the small piece of paper.
I know you like weird things - love Tate
Sally closed her eyes and smiled a genuine smile. Tate was too good to her and she appreciated everything he gave her.
"Awww freak has a secret admirer." Minnie spoke making Sally jump, her smile instantly dropping.
"Not a secret baby girl. She's dating that weirdo that lives in the murder house." Her boyfriend stated and she pulled a face of disgust.
"Ew. Him? You really are made for each other. It won't last long, even an outcast like him can't love a freak forever." Minnie smirked, pushing Sally into the locker before and her boyfriend walked away.
Sally felt herself shake in anxiety and anger at the girl. Why couldn't she just let her be happy? What had she ever done to deserve this?
Sally punched her locker, and then took a deep breath before heading to the outdoor area to smoke.

Sally leaned her head against Tate's shoulder as they sat outside for lunch, Sally leaning against him.
"I love the flower." Sally spoke softly.
"I'm glad." Tate smiled, kissing her head.
"Minnie came up to me with her boyfriend. She said you won't be with me long and she shoved me." Sally explained to him and Tate's jaw clenched in anger.
"I'll kill them." Tate muttered in annoyance.
"I just want them to leave me alone. To leave you." She spoke in her delicate voice.
"We could scare them!" Tate stated, pulling away from her to look at her face.
"What?" Sally questioned.
"We get them to my house. We can offer drugs, Minnie is a coke whore. We can scare her at my house." Tate offered and Sally frowned in thought.
"Yeah. But I can't speak." Sally told him and he nodded.
"We can put a note through her locker and tell her there's good shit at my house, ask you to take her to mine. I'll be there and we'll scare her off for good mouse!" Tate exclaimed and Sally smiled.
"Let's do it." Sally agreed.
"Alright, let's do this." Tate kissed her deeply before getting out a piece of paper and writing the note.

"Hey Freak, I hear you're weirdo boyfriend has some good... stuff." Minnie stated, making Sally jump as the girl appeared from nowhere.
Sally nodded in agreement and Minnie clenched her jaw. Sally was worried it wouldn't work.
"Are you gonna take me there or what?" Minnie asked and Sally shut her locker and motioned for the girl to follow her.
Sally felt nerves creeped in as Minnie followed her down the road. She didn't know what Tate had planned, but she assumed it was to do with the ghosts.
They then arrived at the house, Sally turned to Minnie who looked bored. Sally walked up to the house, Minnie close behind as they entered.
Tate and Sally made a plan. Sally would walk in and lead Minnie to the basement where Tate would be.
"Where is it?" Minnie sighed and Sally pointed to the door and opened it showing her the stairs. "This is crazy."
Sally went down the stairs, she was suprised Minnie was still here. It was working.
"Hello." Tate smirked, rocking in a rocking chair.
"Where are the drugs weirdo?" Minnie clenched her jaw.
"Hmm." Tate hummed.
Sally stood on the bottom step as Tate rocked in the chair and the lights flickered making Minnie scream.
A creature appeared, scaring Sally. The creature lunged towards Minnie who screamed her head off, pushing past Sally and running upstairs and out the house.
Sally sat down on the step as the lights stopped flickering, Tate jumping out the chair with a smile.
"We got her, she won't be bothering us anymore mouse!" Tate stated happily, faltering as he noticed Sally's expression.
"What was that?" Sally asked quietly, her eyes watery.
"It was just a ghost. It won't hurt you. I won't let it." Tate promised her, kneeling down to where she sat.
"It was scary." Sally stated and Tate frowned.
"It's okay." Tate assured her, pulling her into a tight hug.
Sally buried herself into Tate. She didn't know what that thing was, but it scared her and it had dark energy like the house did.
There was something wrong with the house.
"Can we go to mine?" Sally asked and Tate nodded.

"I love the stars." Tate commented as they layed on her bed.
"Thanks." Sally smiled softly, looking at the stars on the ceiling.
"You know I would never let anything or anyone hurt you right?" Tate asked and Sally looked to him, kissing his cheek.
"I know." Sally said, holding onto him tightly.
"Hey, show me your guitar?" Tate asked and Sally nodded with a smile.
She got up, grabbing her guitar as Tate sat up. Sally hopped on her bed with her guitar that she had decorated.
"Its really cool." Tate complimented.
"Thanks." Sally replied, tuning her guitar.
She began to strum on the guitar and played a random tune. Tate found himself adore her even more.
"Beautiful." Tate smiled, kissing her lips.
Sally put the guitar down and kissed him back, falling ontop if him where the two got carried away with each others bodies. Enjoying each other's presents.
They felt whole together. Tate felt the darkness slip further away the more time he spent away from the house with Sally. It felt great.
After the two cuddled before Tate's mum came around the house and made him come back home.
Sally sighed, smoking a blunt that Tate had given her. She felt her stressed melt away more.
She felt like for once in her life things were going well. She felt genuinely happy with Tate.
