MOMO TIGHTLY HELD THE HOUSE PHONE AGAINST her cheek, her lips pursed in growing frustration as she listened to the incessant ringing. "Hey, you reached Hoseok. I'm probably doing something incredible right now, and I can't..." Momo huffed at the voice message before slamming the phone down as she knelt toward the small living room table, her eyes glancing at the untapped drawing stack. Her brows creased together as she tilted her head, analyzing the image. Lifting it up Momo wandered around the house, every inch of the place covered in tapped up drawings that Taehyun continuously made for her to put up after Hoseok abruptly left. Why, she had absolutely no idea. She walked into the hall holding up the drawing her eyes keen on figuring out where that picture belonged as she continued to pace around.

She slowly stepped into her room, her eyes searching through every drawing she had tapped up with utter precision. Her gaze wandered down the walls suddenly spotting a vacant spot that eerily matched the same pattered as the drawing she was holding. Swiftly she rushed toward the wall and removed the remaining scotch tape she had placed on her jacket sleeves for easy access.

Just across the room Taehyun sat on his bed, beads of sweat profusely cascading down his neck as he stared down at the wall in front of him. "It's like... it's like I feel what the shadow monster's feeling." He began explaining to Beomgyu who paced around the room eyeing the drawings. "See what he's seeing."

Beomgyu glanced at his friend. "Like in the upside down?" He questioned.

"Some of him is there." Taehyun answered his brows suddenly creasing together. "But some of him is here, too."

Beomgyu stilled in his spot, his eyes jumping around the room. "Here, like, in this house?"

"In this house and..." Taehyun paused, gulping down the fear lingering in his body. "And in me." He added with a quivering voice. Beomgyu quickly took a few steps forward settling himself beside his friend. "It's like... it's like he's reaching into Hawkins more and more. And the more he spreads, the more connected to him I feel."

"And the more you see these now-memories." Beomgyu finished understanding where his friend was going with his conversation.

Taehyun slightly tilted his head. "At first I just felt it in the back of my head." He lifted his left arm gently clasping his fingers against his dewy neck. "I didn't even really know it was there." He lowered his hand as Beomgyu quietly listened. "It's like when you have a dream and you can't remember it unless you think really hard. It was like that." He explained his voice shaky as ever. "But now it's like... now I remember. I remember all the time." His arm trembled as he spoke, tears welling in his eyes.

Beomgyu took in his friends words, trying his best to process everything as he could. "Maybe... maybe that's good." He softly said trying to be optimistic about things.
