I fell so deep, so far, into their world.
Into their love and passion.
Into their fear and sorrow.
I fell in love with their world,
Yet remained in my own all the same.
Humans are simple in nature.
They love, cry and fear as we do.
But we are more, more then they could ever dream of.
We are the very thing they fear, yet are so intrigued by.
We hide in the shadows.
The monsters under the bed.
The figures that watch them from the dark.
The very thing we all once feared.
We are the creatures of the night.
