Prologue

Hi fellow reader! Thank you for looking at my story! It means a lot! :) So I promise I won't be doing this every chapter, I know how annoying that can be. I just had a few things I wanted to say before you begin reading. First off, there will not be any "updates"; The next time I publish anything related with this story, it will be the ENTIRE STORY. This will be the ONLY thing posted ahead of time. I've always hated when I was super into a story and then it just stops on the worst possible place to stop. It's frustrating, I know, but I really want everyone to get a glimpse of it so you can get an idea of what to expect. Secondly, I have NOT abandoned my other story, for those of you who actually are reading it. That one, I know, is an update one. Honestly, that one is my "trying out wattpad" story. It will not be abandoned, it is just on hold! And lastly, This story is going to have the P.O.V changed between two characters... I only did this because I felt like it would enhance both the feelings of love and friendship. If I only stuck to one P.O.V, only one would be expressed. So yes, though I'm not the biggest fan of doing this, I felt it was neccessary. Please forgive me. Anyway, I am done now... So please, ENJOY :D

JESSIE P.O.V

I awoke to the sound of laughter below me. I groaned irritatedly and looked down to see my best friend laughing hysterically on the floor, her face bright red. "Maaaddyyy. It's so earlyyy..." I mumbled, loudly enough for her to notice my presence.

"Oh! Jessie! You have got to watch this video! It's hilarious!" She half yelled, causing me to groan in irritation once again.

"Maddy, it's too early for this. Either go to sleep, or get out." No matter how much I love her, she knows I do not handle waking up early very well.

She gave me a glare, "Jess, it's twelve in the afternoon."

I rolled my eyes at her comment, "You of all people know that I am not a morning person." She sighed, but stood up anyway and walked to the door.

"Fine, I'll just go bother your brother." She mumbled before leaving and closing the door softly. I wasn't surprised, considering they were pretty close. They weren't together or anything, but from the way they acted sometimes, they could fool anyone. Having my room quiet, I sighed in content as I closed my eyes once again, trying my best to fall asleep. With my marvelous luck, two seconds later my phone began to ring, causing me to jump up in shock.

"What?" I say tiredly.

I heard shuffing on the other line before I receive a response, "Don't tell me you're still asleep..." My good friend Mackenzie said, sounding slightly annoyed.

"Well I'm not anymore Kenz. What do you need?"

"Jess! Im heading to you're house in about 15 minutes!"

I shot up instantly after hearing that. "Oh my god I totally forgot..." I mumbled, mostly to myself.

"Jess! Are you kidding me?" I could tell she was getting really annoyed now.

I groaned, and got out of bed before answering, "Look, I'm sorry. Yes, I'll be ready. I just need to find Maddy and we'll start getting ready right now. Im sorry."

She sighed, "Okay... I'll let you go then. Later!" She hung up immediately, not giving me the chance to respond. I looked in the mirror for a moment, examining my appearance and determining how much work was needed in order to be ready. Considering my crappy clothes and my horrible bed head, I knew there was no way we'd be ready in time. I was walking to my closet before I realized I needed to inform Maddy of what exactly was happening. I sighed and walked out of my room, keeping an eye out for her. I checked the living room first and saw no sign of her. I began to get confused, but then I remembered her telling me she was going to hang out with Will, my brother. I walked towards his room quickly, praying to god we'd be able to be ready when she got here. Mackenzie was not the person you want to leave waiting. Her patience level is worse than a hungry infant. The closer I got, the faint sound of shooting got louder and louder.
