Po is a young girl who resides in the Main Land, living in the Home Dome.

Po has hip length light red hair that she keeps slightly messy, curled slightly at the ends. She has two prominent strands of hair beside her bangs that reach slightly past her chest. Her eyes consist of three colors: Blue, neon green, and bright yellow. She is of average height, reaching 165 centimeters tall.
She is known to have lots and lots of clothing, but shown to wear 1 outfit throughout the campaign. For the outfit she wears in the campaign, she wears a white tank top(unable to be seen in artwork), a baby blue sweater, a light purple pleated skirt, slightly transparent black thigh-high socks and white uwabaki slippers with pink tips.

The other characters see Po as silly, immature, confident, and athletic. She is much more talkative than the others in Home Dome. She is also known for her cheerful personality and was highly popular in college, making her siblings admire her. She is always seen with at least one of the people in the Home Dome, as it makes her feel comfortable and happy when the others are around. She can easily switch to a more mature side however, but she chooses to slack off more than take life seriously. She is always depicted as fun and hardworking, with a serene, compassionate expression on her face.

In the Japanese translation, her given name, "Po", written as "ポ", has no special meaning as it is written in katakana. Meanwhile her surname "Nijinoiro", written as "虹の色",is a combination between three words; Niji, No, and Iro. When transliterated, her surname in English is literally "Thecolorsoftherainbow", as her surname is a combination. When uncombined, her surname means "The Colors Of The Rainbow".

• Her favorite food are snacks, like chips or peanuts.
• Po is 25 years old.
• Po doesn't have a least favorite color.
• Po uses "Atashi" as her pronoun in the Japanese translation.
• Po's birthday is on the 22nd of September, the release date of a Visual Novel named Doki Doki Literature Club!.
• Curiously, Po, Noo-Noo, and The Guardian are the only ones to have three colors inside their eyes. This could be foreshadowing that excluding Tinky, Po is the only one who gets a boss fight.
