Got me a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. A shiny pot of go-
Wait! That's not true, is it. That's just a fairy tale, a tale. A tale is a made up story told by parents to nurture kids imaginations, right.
I don't know about you, but I know someone that believes in such tales. A young girl. A young girl named Allison Spencer.
___

Running through the big house, carrying 2 books the young Spencer was in search for her parents, more of so her mom. Allison loved to read, to be read to, once she turned 10 she even started writing. Currently, it was 7:32pm, close to her bed time. The mansion was huge, that's to be expected of a mansion, so finding her parents was probably harder then in a grocery store.

Living room, Kitchen, Bedroom. Nope. The last place would be there office. The office she isn't allowed in, but a 7 year old Allison doesn't follow the rules when it comes to getting a story before bed. Hurrying over to that side of the mansion, where the office is located. Allison knocks at the door, polite thing to do, like her mother always said.
Waiting for the answer wasn't long, the second the knock rang through the room, the door opened. Though to Allison horror, it was her dad. Allison didn't hate her dad, it's just he can be strict and not good at reading stories, barely read her stories.

"Allison, what did we say about disturbing us when we're in the office? "
Her dad sounded angry, if you asked Allison. For me, well it just sounds like a neutral way of asking a simple question to his daughter, but that's just my opinion.
"UmmM, ca-n yo-ou rea-d me-e ah-a story?"
She stuttered, her dad didn't like her stutter. Wait, did I forget to mention Allison has a stutter. I guess I'm really forgetful today, mm let me think. Did I forget to mention anything else? Ooh, my favorite color is purple. Wait! Not about me. About Allison Spencer... Anyways..
Allison stuttered out her question, holding up her 2 books, Hansel n Gretel and a fairy book. She couldn't really see if her mom was in the room, since her dad was blocking her view, Allison can just assume.
"Allison, how about you go to bed like a big girl without a story? "
Again, Allison heard that in a angry way. All I heard was a gentle kind father trying to dismiss the idea, wait that's my dad.
The young girl didn't exactly like that idea, but if she didn't want to get 'in trouble' for saying No, so she obeyed. Her mother didn't seem to be in the office, probably out with her friends like she did every Friday. I guess Allison forgot. Nodded to answer the question, she scurried back to her bedroom.
