The protector and the Avenger

Once I was an angel of the first Dawn, I was there when creation had began,I helped shape some of the great wonders the stars, and galaxies I had a hand in there creation. But when the Almighty had commanded us to create a new species that was when the light of my inspiration began to shine as bright as the sun.

After the birth of humanity they became our greatest creation the potential we gifted to them was endless but just as there was light there would be darkness to consume it.

The Angel of the fates Ariemual had a vision for telling the downfall of Mankind and the destruction they would cause.

At first I couldn't believe it " we created them how could they be destined for such darkness?" as the debate went back and forth Belial one of the Angels of the deep was pushing for there destruction blaming humanity for there dark fate.

I pushed back against the idea of making Humanity a slave or that they should face destruction.But Belial in his ignorance claimed that if it comes from the hands of there creators it would be a Divine act nothing evil would come of it.

His words sounded like nails on a chalkboard to me I would not let these ideas he was speaking echo to the others. As I pleaded with my fellow Angels to see that we are there guardians of humanity not their masters.

Then a bright light appeared before us a light so bright it could only have been the herald of the Almighty himself the Morning Star himself Lucifer the greatest of my house.

Lucifer had united us he convinced us to reveal ourselves to Adam and Eve and to show them the secrets the Almighty would hide from them. Like Lucifer I to bowed down before them and swore to myself I would protect them even from my own kind if necessary.

But just when things seemed to be going right the Almighty would send a messenger to start what would be known as the War of Wrath.

Michale the new herald of the Heavenly host came to force our surrender and to put humanity back its place. Lucifer had defeated him but in his retreat he cursed us rebels no longer was I of the first dawn instead I am a Nemaru or Devil in the human language.

As Eden fell into shadow,Adam and Eve exiled to the unknown the rebels had formed factions and legions to wage war on the Heavens. I served the Morning Star for many years he named me the protector of Humanity a title I ware with honor to this day.

As time passed surviving at genhanam Lucifer's fortress I found my self falling in love with a Human. A woman named Sirena the beauty she had was bright as the first dawn in Eden or seeing the stars in the cosmos. She and I decided in secret to marry and our love would be eternal but the fates are not that kind.

As the Heavenly host began there assault on Genhanam I pleaded with Lucifer to help me get Sirena to safety. Lucifer had shown me a path that would take us out of the fortress to a safe passage to the unknown.

I thanked him and vowed to repay this debt but little did I know the one I idolized the most would be the one to teach me what pain truly is.

As we traveling through the desert we would soon be ambushed by servants of the Almighty one of which was one who I called brother.

Jouphiel of the house of dawn "my my how you have truly fallen brother"

"Why are you here?" I asked as he steps towards me and Sirena.

"It's time to face your judgment for what you have done" Jouphiel says with anger in has voice.

"My only crime is loving Humanity to much I did what had to be done brother" Dariuel says to calm the situation.

My words did not sway him nor did it stop him from attacking me. Drawing my sword ready to clash with is twin blades our battle was unlike any other before believing he had the upper hand on me I quickly turned the tide and pinned him to the sand.

With my blade to his throat the others who ventured with him grabbed Sirena and held her hostage.

"Let him go or the Human dies Nemaru" they said.

With hesitation I released him and threw my sword away hoping they would release her. As Jouphiel walked towards her he looked back at me with much anger in his eyes.

"Get on your knees and beg me to spare your life brother" he commanded.

I began to kneel before him "If you wish to kill me go had but please spare her she's innocent in all this".

Jouphiel looks at her and looks back at me signaling his troops to release her. 

"You get one moment today goodbye to him human"

She nods and walks towards me but then as she gets to close she is stabbed from behind. As the blade pierces her body her blood scattered across the sand I screamed in rage pushing him back and holding her in my arms.

"WHY SHE WAS INNOCENT!!!!!!!!!!" I scream towards the heavens in pure anger.

"Her great sin was she loved you and was pregnant with an abomination dear brother"

After hearing this Jouphiel knock me unconscious and then dragged me to face my judgement and suffer for my greatst sin.

As I stepped towards the gates of damnation Jouphiel whispered in my ear who told him were to find me.

"You should thank the Morning Star he was the one who sold you out Brother"

Hearing this I break free and lounge towards Lucifer and stated demanding an answer from him.

"Why did you do this why did you betray why Lucifer why!!!!"

As my words reached him I got no response even as I was forced into the pit no answer came from his lips looking at him then the Almighty and finally towards Jouphiel there's only one thing I could say to them.

"Please don't give up on humanity they need to be protected above all others"

My final word before jumping into hell waiting for the end of days to come. But after noticing Lucifer was not with us the leaders of the legions just vanished my anger and rage began to grow.

In those centuries in hell I made a new vow to myself that all those who were against humanity would know my furry.

Belial,Abadon,Jouphiel,Michale,The Almighty,and Lucifer would know my pain,my suffering,and my Wrath.

No longer am I Dariuel the elohime of the first Dawn now I am Drakos of the Nemaru. no longer am I the protector I am the Avenger the one who bring justice and vengeance to those who wronged Humanity. All those who betrayed them who look down on them will never be safe from me not even the Morning Star or the Almighty. Humanity will be safe to grow and develop under my watch no injustice or interference from those I trusted before Humanity's protection is my only reason to exist now and forever.
