Tears started to fall down her flushed cheeks as she chocked back her scream. Kittrede Lampski dropped the pregnant stick down onto the floor. She has tested it for the fifth time now. Every result shown on the sticks was a smiley face. It was a positive sign that she is pregnant with his child.
She slowly fell onto the floor and lay down. Kit bit her lower lip, as she could taste the metallic flavor.
"No..." Kit pulled her trembling hands towards her temples. She cannot bear this anymore. Her mouth is slightly opened with hopelessness.
It was stupid. This shouldn't have happened since the beginning. She shouldn't have fell in love with him. She shouldn't have waited for him. She shouldn't have married him.
Because...as much as she loved him, he cannot return the same affection for her.
It wasn't "Kit" that escapes his mouth through his voice, it was hers.
"Why..." She sobbed deeply into her palms as her legs kick the bathtub continuously.
She doesn't deserve this but Kit still can't find hatred towards him.
Why?
Because she fell in love with the wrong person.
