Achilleo's eyes moved side to side under his eyelids, sweat ran down his forehead. He could see blades, blood running down walls, thousands of soldiers with metal armour that covered their faces and guns in their hands, as well as a river tainted red next to chunks of snow, a black flower blooming out of blood with a black moth taking its nectar and fire burning them. He sat straight and gasped for air, his heart bat quickly. He looked up at the ceiling processing about what he saw, when finished he got out of bed and looked at the clock, it was really early. Achilleo turned on the lights, iluminating the white apartment, then walked to the kitchen, filling a glass with cold water and drinking it in a fast gulp.
He decided to leave his apartment to get some fresh air and clear his mind after that unsettling dream. His eyes wandered to the hazy blue early morning sky, the wind ruffling through his golden hair. Suddenly, he felt his phone vibrate in his pocket. He pulled it out and checked the notification. It was a message: "I know you don’t know me, but I think I can give you some valuable information about your current state. If you don’t believe me, find me at the café to your right and see for yourself." Curious, he glanced to his right, and sure enough, there was a café. He hesitated, torn between curiosity and indifference. In the end, curiosity won, and he began walking toward the café. As he approached the zebra crossing, a car sped toward him, seemingly out of nowhere. Reflexively, something within him surged. He backflipped effortlessly, landing on top of the car. His eyes glowed white, and under his weight, the metal buckled, the car crumpling like paper. Glass shards exploded in every direction. A scream came from inside the vehicle. Blood pooled on the ground.
