So I just finished filming a video with my friends (and roommates) Erin Heathrow (aka Daniella on YouTube*), and Tori Phillips (aka VickyVicks on YouTube*). As I'm editing my video, I hear them laughing and teasing each other at the back. They're soooo jokey. "Are you done yet?" asked Erin. "Almost," I replied. I was finally done editing after a while, so I started uploading it immediately.
Oh, BTW, our channel is called "Lariri". We post videos on Lariri on Thursdays, but we also have our own individual channels. Erin posts makeup tutorials, challenges, and sometimes, covers. Tori posts vids about old bands like The Rolling Stones and Pink Floyd, drawing tutorials, and DIYs. All three of us do challenges and Q&As on the Lariri channel. I only post covers on my channel (Larry Bobinski*). That's it.
After the vid has fully uploaded and there for the public to see, our notifications lit up. Zoella liked our video. That made me smile. Next thing I knew, within the hour, the video kept getting more and more likes, comments, and views. I checked my notifications and saw that Joe Sugg liked the vid. "AAAAH! CASPAR LEE LIKED OUR VID!" Erin exclaimed, making me jump. Then my phone lit up after a while so I checked the notification and grin. It says that Zoella, Oli White, and Caspar Lee subscribed to the Lariri channel and my individual one.
Then I got another notification saying that ThatcherJoe subscribed to both channels.
My heart skipped a beat. It was like I was in my own world. I just dazed.
Suddenly, I hear Erin scream. "I'M GONNA SHIT MY PANTS!! CASPAR FUCKING LEE SUBSCRIBED!!" she says as I broke out of my daze. I look back to see her doing her happy dance whilst Tori was grinning at her phone. So I scolded her causing both Erin and Tori to jump. I say sorry to Tori and continue scolding Erin for ruining my moment. She then tells us that she's gonna head over to the store to fetch some things. On her way out, I trip her and she falls face first.
When Erin left, Tori and I just talked about random things like Taylor Swift's exes then we suddenly had a pun war. After that, we were out of breath from all the laughing. Tori then picks up the DVD of "Poltergeist". "NOOOO!!!" I practically screamed. "Okay then," Tori says. "What do you wanna watch then?" she asks. I thought for a moment. "The Notebook." I said. And that's what we ended up watching. Tori was watching for the sake of watching it, but I didn't mind. At least I was able to watch it. At the end of the movie, I'm gonna be honest with you, I found myself crying. But Tori didn't seem sad. After the movie, Erin arrived. We then ate our dinner and called it a night.
The following day, Tori, Erin, and I went to the mall, just for fun. Whilst we were walking to Topshop, I froze. I saw Zoe, The Zoe. Then Tori and Erin dragged me to her. "Hi!" Erin said. "Hello!" Zoe said. She asked us if we were from the Lariri channel, and we said yes. She then notices me, hiding behind Tori and Erin. She says, "OMG Hi! Lara, right? I love your channel. Your covers are AMAZING! Wanna collab?"
How could I say no?
"YES!" I exclaimed. "How does 12 noon tomorrow sound?" Zoe asked. "Perfect!" I answered. We then exchanged numbers.
Wow, Oh. My. God. I'm gonna have a collab with Zoella.
