Chapter 23 : Clue

Amelias POV

I was in the Prefect Bathroom with Harry. Was he supposed to be there no did I care not at all. I had heard that noise before it was merpoeple or sirens and I wanted Harry to find out too so now we are both about to go swimming in the huge bath the Prefect bathroom had and the one I had been using for two years.

" Ready Harry it feels nice I promise. Just watch out for Moaning Mertle every once and a while she will come in here" I tell the boy next to me

" Ok but why would Mertle come here she has her own bathroom that no one uses." he stops then continues. " And I answered my own question." He says while laughing I join him in the water and the laughing.

I looked at him and he nodded. We both took big breaths and went under water. I immediately opened the egg and I could hear it bright as day.

"Come seek us where our voices sound,

We cannot sing above the ground,

And while you're searching ponder this;

We've taken what you'll sorely miss

An hour long you'll have to look,

And to recover what we took,

But past an hour, the prospect's black,

Too late, it's gone, it won't come back.

Harry and I both broke the surface panting. I memorized it and wrote it down for me and Harry. I gave one to him and I left. I made it to my room and I already had a suspicion of what it was I was to find a person. It would make sense these twisted tasks have to have something  weird to it. Who was the most important person to me? Annabeth and Charlie but as neither are here or will be here... shit charlie is coming to the second task he might find himself underwater not what I wanted.

I feel bad for Charlie and Harry. Charlie will have to be underwater for who knows how long and then Harry has to find a way to breathe underwater as I don't. They have it the worst. I was thinking of how I could tell Charlie not to come but he was already coming to go to the Yule ball with me then would be at the second task. I was on the verge of panicking but I heard someone call my name. I turned around and saw Iris message. Annabeth.

" Annabeth  oh my Gods how are you? have you found Percy yet?" I asked her all at once.

" I'm awesome Amelia. and we found Percy he is at a Roman camp in California. Camp Jupiter. Also there is a new prophecy that well I'm in again so I Percy. There's a few people here who would like to meet you Amelia." Before I could tell her that's great or anything there was random people filling the area

" Who are y'all real names or when I meet you you're getting hexed." I say trying to scare the kids who looked a little younger than me.

" Well Im Jason son of Jupiter Roman form of Zeus" He said with a smile he was going to keep talking but was interrupted by a small Hispanic boy.

" Hey I'm Leo son of Hephestus and I'm single Mamacita." He said with so much confidence it concerned me.

" Yeah sorry little guy i have a boyfriend." I tell him holding back laughs as he walked away sadly.

" Hey im piper daughter of Aphrodite sorry about leo hes like that sometimes." I could only get a laugh before someone else came into view. 

" Hey im Hazel im a daughter of Pluto Roman form of Hades." Hades? she looks so sweet how is she related to Nico.

" Hi im Frank son of Mars." That got my eyebrows shooting up.

" Mars in The Roman form for Ares right?"i ask and when he nods i laugh." Well so i guess you're another sibling i have to deal with. Anyway im sure y'all have been told but Im Amelia potter Daughter of Ares and in the world im in Lily potter who is a famous witch for well her death and son so yeah.": I say when laughing i hear a few laughs until it stops.

" I've heard that story way too many times Milie but I love everythime I hear it. Reminds me how one of my best friends is just so badass." I smirk at the familiar voice.

" You know Perce if I could I would walk through that screen and strangle you but I'm at school and cant even use magic to get there damn you I missed you though." as soon as I said the word I regretted it.

"You want to got to the DAM snack bar with me or we could get some DAM French fries for a DAM t-" I cut him off before the memories get too strong and I join in.( I know I made it so she was not in the quest but lets pretend she was and I forgot to mention it because it checks out)

" Hey we do not make fun of Zoe's bad grammer she was really old she did not know what damn meant and used it wrong. Funny memories, but wrong moment Perce." I say holding back my laughter he was too I could see it.

" Ok see you at the war that is bound to come?" he asks hoping to get me to say yes.

" If it is during my school I cant I'm in a deadly tournament and I can miss it I'm sorry but if I can I will help you kick ass and you know it" He nodded and walked away.

" I'm guessing you still have something for me." Annabeth asked me I nodded.

" One of the clues I got for the upcoming task is

You're thinking what I'm thinking Annabeth?" I look to her and she nods

" That you think its going to be a person they take from you?" I nod

" If they take the twins I wont mind they would be fine with it but Charlie is going to be there and I hope its not him I just want to have a nice day with my boyfriend not when he is defrosting." I say getting a laugh out of Annabeth.

" Well I think that you should do what you do best, cause trouble or break the rules." She smiles at me but then her expression turns into a frown." Hey I will try to talk later someones attacking us."she says with slight fear on her face I get worries instantly

" What is it with all of you and always getting into trouble?' I asked , laughing but still worried.

" I guess we are just a trouble magnet or monster I got to go bye." Before I could even say bye she waved through the message.

But I knew what I had to do I was going to make sure Charlie never enters the water and its his brothers instead. But how I would do this I had not a clue.

Hey I finally updated but I was being attacked by a cat the hole time so it took longer than I wanted but oh well it's fine.
