"Residents of Bataan are on high alert as Tropical Storm "Auring" is expected to bring heavy rains and strong winds to the province starting tonight. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has issued a Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 3 for Bataan, warning of potential flooding and landslides."

As the winds began to howl outside, Aurora's heart sank further. The news of Tropical Storm "Auring" threatened to overshadow what was supposed to be a joyous occasion — Amando's birthday.

"How can we celebrate your birthday?! I have already book a restaurant for our dinner!" she exclaimed, crossing her arms above her chest with her voice a mixture of frustration and disappointment.

"Narinig mo ang balita. May bagyo na maya-maya. Masyadong delikado." Amando replied calmly, taking a seat in the living room.

Aurora switched off the television, the news fading into silence. She sat down beside him, a pout forming on her lips as she leaned into his shoulder. She's acting like a child; well, only with him.

"Pwede pa rin naman tayong magcelebrate." Amando suggested, his voice playful yet soothing. She shot him a skeptical look.

"How? Ang boring dito sa mansion. Tayo na nga lang ang nandito. How can we celebrate then?"

"That's the point, Mahal." he leaned in, his breath brushing against her ear as he whispered, "Tayo lang dalawa ang nandito."

Aurora's breath hitched as she felt his fingers trail down her shoulder, sending shivers across her skin.

"A-are you... suggesting a private birthday celebration?" she teased, a smile breaking through her frown as she looked up at him.

"Exactly, Mahal ko." Amando grinned, his fingers gently caressing her collarbone.

As they went back in their room Amando playfully smile as he revealed a colorful box hidden behind his back. Aurora grabbed it from him.

"Ano 'to?" she innocently asked him.

"Jenga." Amando replied with a playful wink, as he settled down on the floor, positioning a cute, miniature table between them.

"J-jenga? 'Yung laro? Bakit tayo maglalaro nito? This is childish, Amando!" Aurora protested, her brow furrowing as she took a seat across from him.

Amando simply chuckled and began to open the box, carefully spreading the wooden blocks across the small table.

Her eyes widened when she noticed the labels on the Jenga pieces. "A-amando! Why do you have these?!"

"See? Sabi ko sa'yo pwede tayong magcelebrate na tayong dalawa lang."

"With these game? What are you even thinking?"

"Birthday ko, hindi ba? Pagbigyan mo na 'ko." he pouted, giving her his best puppy-eyed expression. "Please?"

"Fine! Pasalamat ka at birthday mo."
