#3: Only One Can Remain {Part 1}

We are all almost to the island, we can all see it from the ship.

Cole: "Look at that!"

Kai: "Awesome!"

Karlof: "Let me see."

Kai: "Do ya mind?!"

Karlof and Kai get into a fighting stance like they were about to fight again, But before they do they stop themselves when they hear chanting coming from the island.

We finally get there, some thugs lower the wood plank again so we can walk onto the island.

Clouse: "Welcome to Chen's Island! The Tournament Of Elements welcomes it's brave fighters!"

Clouse says toward everyone but then he starts talking directly to Garmadon.

Clouse: "Master Chen will be pleased you've returned, Sensei Garmadon..."

I could tell there was a bit of hatred in his voice for the last part.

Garmadon: "The pleasure is all mine, Clouse"

Clouse: "I'm sure it is..."

Everyone starts to walk off the ship, me included, but I'm still close enough to the ninja to hear them.

Jay: "Definitely feeling some tension between you 2."

Kai: "Yeah, and how is it we're on an island I've never seen on any map?"

Cole: "And care to explain how the face to Ninjago's most popular noodle house is secretly assembling an underground fighting tournament?!"

Garmadon: "Master Chen used to be a friend, Now he's a traitor. During the Serpentine Wars, Chen turned against his own kind and sided with the treacherous snakes."

Lloyd: "The battle you and Uncle Wu fought together in? He was an enemy?"

Garmadon: "He used deception to divide the Elemental Masters. We barely defeated the Serpentine and in a deal for his surrender, Chen was to never leave this island. Little did we know, he'd begin to build his criminal empire from here.

'So my suspicious feeling was right then...'

Lloyd: "He may have divided our ancestors, but he's not gonna divide us."

I quickly sped forward cause I didn't wanna listen to this anymore, They weren't very quiet... For ninja...

We all stop infront of big double doors that led into the temple, the doors were locked so we had to wait. Eventually the ninja arrived infront of the doors and I sigh in frustration, knowing that I had to hear there conversations again.

Cole: "This is a big island. Zane could be anywhere, Keep an eye out.

My eyes widen in shock.

'So Zane IS alive?...'

Clouse unlocks the doors and they swing open, startling me a little bit. We all walk in and a bunch of people with red hoods around around us, chanting while playing these drums.

Jay: "So this is the house that noodles build?"

I assumed noodles was just a nickname for Master Chen.

Jay: "Ha! I always wanted to go to a red carpet event!"

Garmadon: "Chen lives like a King. Here, he's totally self-sufficient. The only way on or off this island is with his permission, which you have to earn."
