That evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow over the city, Luffy returned to the hospital with a bag full of food. Sabo greeted her with a smile as she entered Ace’s room.

"Hey, Lu! You got the food?" Sabo asked, his eyes lighting up.

"Yep!" Luffy replied, setting the bag down on the small table near the window. The room was filled with the mouth-watering aroma of street food.

They sat down and began to eat, the quiet hum of the hospital surrounding them. Sabo noticed Luffy seemed a bit preoccupied and decided to break the silence.

"You okay, Lu? You seem a little out of it," Sabo asked, taking a bite of his food.

Luffy looked up at her brother, her eyes reflecting a mix of emotions. "Yeah, just thinking about Ace... and the doctor who saved him."

Sabo nodded, his protective instincts kicking in. "It's been a tough few days. But Ace is a fighter, and he's going to pull through. And as for that doctor, remember to be careful. We don't know him well."

As they started eating, Luffy looked thoughtful for a moment, then glanced up at Sabo. “Oh, by the way, I saw that doctor, earlier, The one who helped Ace. I think his name is Doctor Law. He was talking to a nurse, and when I went to thank him, he… well, he touched my cheek. It was kinda... strange, but nice,” she said with a small smile, as if she didn’t think much of it.

Sabo’s heart tightened, but he kept his expression neutral. The thought of a male doctor touching Luffy like that bothered him more than he wanted to admit. He clenched his fists under the table but quickly forced a calm smile. The last thing he wanted was to worry Luffy.

“That’s... good, Lu. It sounds like he’s just being friendly,” Sabo said softly, though his mind raced with unease. He made a mental note to keep an eye on the doctor, but for now, he would act as if everything was fine.

They continued to eat in comfortable silence, the bond between them providing a sense of comfort and reassurance. As the night wore on, they both drifted off to sleep, holding onto the hope that Ace would wake up soon.

Meanwhile, across the hospital, Law was busy going over patient files when an odd sensation crept up his spine. His hands paused over the paperwork as an unsettling chill settled in. It felt as though an unseen pressure was bearing down on him, like a warning.

Law glanced around the room, his instincts on edge. He couldn't explain why, but it was as if someone had silently told him that he was walking on thin ice, a misstep away from something dangerous. He frowned, brushing it off for the moment, but the feeling lingered, nagging at the back of his mind.

“Strange…” Law muttered under his breath, feeling uneasy but unsure why.

(I just have to do it at Law reaction having a feeling someone is keeping an eye on him which is Sabo (*≧∀≦*))

The next morning, sunlight streamed through the window, casting a warm glow over the room. Luffy stirred awake and stretched, blinking her eyes open. She glanced over at Ace, who was still lying still on the bed. But then, she noticed something different, his fingers were twitching slightly.

"Sabo! Sabo, wake up!" Luffy called out, her voice filled with excitement.

Sabo jolted awake and quickly looked over at Ace. They both watched in anticipation as Ace's eyes slowly fluttered open.

"Lu... Sabo?" Ace's voice was weak but unmistakable.

"Ace! You're awake!" Luffy exclaimed, tears of relief streaming down her face.
