No one's povThe two men walked into the club, ready to party and get their minds thrown off the issue that had happened a few minutes ago.
"The best way to forget is to drink it away" Danny cheered as they danced their way into the club, his hand hips swaying to the sound of the music as he walked to the bar.
Xavier's eyes couldn't help but settle on the man swaying hips, dirty images clouded his mind as he stared at the dancing man.
The things he would do to Danny.
"Please can I get a..." Danny ordered his drink and a glass for Xavier
"Now drink up and clear your mind off any thoughts and feelings" he dragged the cup to Xavier's lips, making the taller man part them and let the drink pour into his awaiting mouth.
His eyes fixed on a smiling Danny who with his other hand was drinking his own drink.
After they had finished, Danny asked for another, he told the man to keep the drinks coming until he tells him to stop.
He passed a 100 dollar bill to the man, winking at him before taking the drinks from the bartender.
He turned to Xavier who was watching him intensely before he pulled him to the dance floor to dance. Both men dropping the empty glasses on the table slab.
The bass thudded through the floor, reverberating in Danny's chest as he and Xavier stepped into the dimly lit club.
Strobe lights flashed, chasing shadows through the haze of smoke that hung in the air, creating an atmosphere thick with anticipation and energy.
The club was alive, pulsing with a kinetic force that seemed to draw them in, promising a night of connection, music, and perhaps a bit of mischief.
Danny adjusted his shirt top, glancing sideways at Xavier. The taller man was a vision in a fitted shirt that accentuated his broad shoulders and slim waist. His beautifully colored locs were braided back, and his eyes sparkled with an excitement that Danny surprisingly found intoxicating.
They were surrounded by the electrifying atmosphere of the club, the vibe shifted—an exhilarating tension crackling in the air between them.
"Are you ready for this?" Danny shouted over the thumping music, leaning closer to be heard. He was getting tipsy and he knew with just the right amount of drinks he would be drunk completely. But he didn't care, he knew he had Xavier with him.
Xavier turned, his lips curling into a playful grin. "Oh, I was born ready," he shouted back, his voice warm with enthusiasm. Of course he was born ready, if you had told him a few months back that he would be in the club, alone with Danny drinking and dancing, he would have shook his head and played it off.
This isn't the first time he has been to a club with Danny, they used to go to clubs back in college, he knew how fun Danny could be, and that was just the Danny he was hoping and praying to see this fine night.
With that, they threaded their way through the throng of dancers. Every step brought them deeper into the heart of the club, where bodies swayed and moved in a sea of rhythm.
Danny could feel the heat radiating from Xavier as they maneuvered through the maze of bodies. He had been drawn to Xavier from their first conversation—a perfect blend of wit and charm that lit a spark in Danny he hadn't expected to find.
As they reached the dance floor, the music swelled, a pulse that matched Danny's racing heart.
He felt Xavier's hand find his lower back, guiding him to the center of the dance floor. With the crowd surrounding them, Danny felt a rush of adrenaline. It was just the two of them now, lost in their own little world amid the chaos. His hazy eyes stared at the beautiful eyes of the taller and handsome man in front of him.
