Another messed up chapter, but I'm trying to update weekly so bear with it.😃

"Uh... Good morning...?" The person in front of me said.

I just stared at her without saying or doing anything in particular, as I don't really know how to react.

Well, that goes without saying, because I practically killed myself, even if it's inside s dream. Fuu, I couldn't hell but let out a sigh of relief as to feel my neck still intact with my body.

It really work....

However, even if I know I wouldn't die, I hope not to experience that again. Though it's a shame I couldn't stay with them, but I need to face the reality.

Putting that aside, I looked around, still ignoring the white-haired woman in front of me, and I noticed how everyone aside from me an this woman are out of cold. They've been put in a slumber.

"Quite rude, aren't you? I'm the one who woke you up, you know." The woman said.

I still don't know whether this person is an ally or not, because she's certainly not normal. But seeing as how she gave me a tips to wake up from that dream, and she didn't take away my sword, I guess I'll trust her for now.

"I'm grateful. But who are you?" I asked as casual as I could.

"Well, who knows?"

So she doesn't want to reveal herself just like that, huh. It doesn't matter, I need to do something about the situation right now.

I stood up from where I was seated, and was about to wake Rengoku-san up and the other two, but the woman suddenly spoke.

"Don't bother. They won't wake up. Everyone on this train is asleep. " That's what she said.

Now that I think about it, if shaking them awake would work, then she doesn't need to do a roundabout way as guiding me inside my dream.

What should I do now?

"It's unfortunate, but the only one who can resolve the situation is us, at the moment. You don't need to worry, though. If my feelings were right, they'll wake up sooner or later. Especially that flashy hair guy."

She pointed towards Rengoku-san, but my eyes didn't take off of her.

"You said "us", so does that mean that you'll lend a hand? How though?"

I don't know why, but she just smirked as I asked that, and imitated a pondering posture.

"Well, demons are enemy of humanity, so of course I'll help." She said, as if it was the obvious answer. "Well, I came to this train in order to deal with the demons here, anyway."

What? What does that mean? Looking at her, I don't think she's part of rhe corps. So... What exactly is this woman's purpose?

"Are you... Secretly part of the Demon Slayer Corps?"

"Hm? Do I look like one?"

Certainly not. But I couldn't think of anything related to that.

"You probably already notice, but I am not a normal human just like the other passengers."

"That much I can tell. Your scent is strange, for some unknown reason."

I remember smelling a same scent as her in Shinobu's residence. I don't know what kind of scent it is, but I'm sure it's human... With a mixure of demons....

"That's right," she said. And up until now, I only noticed how her nails looks exactly like a demon. "I am human, that's for sure. But for someone who ate demons, I guess you can call me half demons, as well."
