At Jada's Apartment...
I Sat In My Darkened Apartment, My Phone Clutched In My Hand, The Conversation With Tiffany And Taeyeon Still Echoed In My Mind. Tears Streamed Down My Face As I Scrolled Through My Contacts.
I Needed To Talk To Someone. Anyone. My Fingers Hovered Over Jessica's Name, But I Hesitated. She'd Try To Fix Everything And I Wasn't Ready For That, So Instead, I Dialed Sunny's Number.
"Sunny, It's Jada," I Said, My Voice Shaking.
"Hey, Girl! What's Up?" Sunny's Bright Tone Faltered As She Sensed My Distress. "Jada, What's Wrong?"
"I Broke Up With Tiffany And Taeyeon." I Said, The Line Went Silent.
"Oh, Jada," Sunny Whispered. "I'm So Sorry."
"I Had To," I Said, Tears Flowing Freely. "It Was Tearing Me Apart."
"I'm Here For You," Sunny Said Firmly. "We All Are."
My Phone Beeped With Incoming Calls From Other SNSD Members. Soon, The Line Filled With Concerned Voices: Sooyoung, Yuri, Yoona, And Seohyun.
"Girls?" I Asked, My Voice Cracking.
"We're Conference-Calling You," Hyoyeon Chimed In.
"We're Here For You, Jada," Sooyoung Said Gently.
"What Can We Do?" Yuri Asked.
"Just Listen." I Said As I Let Out A Sob.
For The Next Hour, I Poured Out My Heart, Sharing Every Emotion, Every Fear. The Girls Listened Attentively, Offering Words Of Comfort. As They Talked, My Tears Slowed. I Felt A Weight Lift, Knowing I Wasn't Alone.
"You're Strong, Jada," Yoona Said. "You'll Get Through This."
"We'll Support You, No Matter What." Seohyun Added,
"Thanks, Girls. Just Talking To You Helps." I Smiled Weakly.
As We Wrapped Up The Call, I Realized I Still Had A Long Way To Go. But With My Friends By My Side, I Felt A Glimmer Of Hope. I Buried My Face In A Pillow, Letting Out A Muffled Sob. Why Did Love Have To Hurt So Much? As I Cried, Memories Flooded My Mind: Laughter With Tiffany And Taeyeon, Our Late-Night Talks, And Our Silly Jokes. The Girls' Words Echoed In My Mind: "We're Here For You," "You're Strong," And "We'll Support You." Their Voices Gave Me Strength. My Guitar Leaned Against The Wall, Beckoning Me. I Picked It Up, Letting My Fingers Dance Across The Strings. Music Poured Out, A Reflection Of My Turbulent Emotions As I Played, Tears Flowed Freely. But With Each Note, I Felt My Heart Healing. Then I Started To Pack My Stuff Up Because I'm Going Home To Wichita Tomorrow
