My alarm rang waking me up. A silent, warm morning. It's finally time for me to start my first day of school in THE "grand line university" . This was big and I most definitely didn't see this planned in my life.
I got up starting the shower planning my outfit of the day in my mind as I tossed my "to be, put up moving boxes" out of my way making an entrance.
As I finally came up with my outfit I got ready. I marched downstairs putting my shoes off listening to Shakky getting into the morning zone. "Look at you all grown." Shakky walked over and kissed my forehead holding my head up. "I'm dropping you off today, Rayleigh had important stuff at work and had to get there early. "I looked up at Shakky as I tied my shoes aweing in response. "I hope he's not too upset about that." I said.
"You know how he is, honey. It's okay he will drop you off tomorrow I'm sure of it. I'll wait for you in the car, come out when you're ready." Shakky left, shutting the front door. I got up wiping off my pants and looked in the mirror. I held onto my shell necklace tightly.
"It's time. Get out there y/n prove the people who didn't believe in you wrong. Too bad my older brother couldn't get this far." I murmured as I walked out collecting my bag and headphones from the table. I jogged to the car hoping I could get to campus an hour early to settle.
"Where's the stop to go? Are we going straight to the campus or do you want something to eat." Shakky suggested I get something to eat as I wait for Nami and the rest of my friends. Making the first stop of the day at Zeffys. I exited the car waving bye to shaky since she had to get to work assuring her that i'll ride with Nami to campus.
I gathered my things and walked into the cafe. It was a busy morning. I saw a lot of folders related to Grandline University. They're probably students that go there. I was just hoping to get my coffee and find someone I recognize. I started recalling the events of last night and how I just shoved off Law dropping me home. I nearly choked thinking about it as if someone was reading my mind. "What's his deal? " I murmured. "What deal and who's deal? You've known us for 3 days and you're already losing it.. Sorry hehe"
Nami grabbed my coffee and handed it to me. "It's time to go girl, we have to tour the school." We walked out of the cafe. The glass door opened past us and the wind hit me. It's almost like the sky's wind brought him straight to me. It was trafalgar law. How badly I wanted to see how his face looked again after last night. He never looked back. I stood there dumbfounded to even yearn for an emotion.
Nami tugged me harder suspiciously and pushed me in the car's backseat next to Zoro and luffy. I sat by the two of them being loud as per usual about who they might see on campus and who not. They both noticed Nami trying to get my attention but I was so lost outside the window and trapped in my head.
"You with us [y/n]?" Nami gave me a confused glance as to if something was wrong. "Oh yea i'm just nervous" I said shyly so I can get robins glance back at the rode as she drove and not me. Zoro and Luffy exchanged looks as they came up with stupid jokes to make me less nervous. But school isn't what was bothering me.
