Chapter I

I'm obsessed with lyrics so there will be a lottttt of them. this fanfiction will be before petrification AU and there won't be any manga spoilers. 

'.*•̩̩͙✩•̩̩͙*˚ "Beautiful stranger sitting right there, looked up at me and my dark curly hair..."˚*•̩̩͙✩•̩̩͙*˚.'

"That'll be $9.75 sir." The cashier said to Xeno as he took the large coffee.
'Everything is so freaking expensive nowadays.' He thought to himself as he sighed. He quickly paid for the drink and and left without thanking the worker.

Xeno has had a bad day at work since this new project started. He needed to stay late at nights and everyone would ask for his help. It was driving him crazy.

He was on his way to sit on one of the café's bench when he bumped into something and his coffee spilled on the floor.

"Are you kidding me? I didn't believe this day could get fucking worse." Xeno cursed, definitely annoyed by the situation.

He looked up and saw a man around the same age as him. This one didn't look sorry for bumping into Xeno.
"You could at least apologise."
"Why? You're the one who wasn't looking and bumped into me." The guy answered indifferently.

Xeno scoffed and went to order another coffee. 'Why did it had to happen to me?! pfff- Another 10 bucks gone to waste.'

He sipped on his warm drink while taking calls from work. Even after his shift, people would still disturb Xeno.

The guy he bumped into was sitting on the table next to his and was quietly reading the newspaper while smoking a cigarette.

The whole café was quiet and we could hear the sound of the rain pouring outside. The two adults were minding their own business when the stranger approached Xeno. "Err I'm actually sorry for earlier. Ya know if you want I can buy another drink." Xeno raised his head and looked the guy in the eyes.

"No it's fine. It would've been smarter to propose this while i was buying a second coffee though." He replied while rolling his eyes. "Whatever, I tried to be nice but it seems like your personality is too ass for that." The man confessed.

"Tsk" Xeno packed is stuff and left the shop in an even worse mood than when he entered.

°.✩┈┈∘*┈"He looks just like a dream, the prettiest boy I've ever seen..."┈*∘┈┈✩.°

After storming off the building, Xeno headed straight back home. 'I'm so damn tired and I had to have a freaking headache on top  of that' The feeling wasn't something new to him. He was used to having bad days, coming back home late and having a lack of sleep. 

As Xeno was walking through a dark alley, he felt a presence behind him. His instinct kicked in and he immediately turned around and punched the stalker in the face.

The man cursed and Xeno then realised it was that same guy he had met earlier at the café. The dude's nose started bleeding from  the impact and he groaned in pain.

"What the fuck man?" The injured guy growled.                                                                                                    

"You were following my ass like a creep, I had every right to punch you. It was pure self defence." Xeno affirmed drily.

The stranger scoffed and handed a wallet full of cash to the other male, whose eyes widened in surprise. "I believe you left this behind" 

Xeno could only stare, he was speechless. "Oh."

The two men were quiet and the situation was becoming more and more awkward. The stranger dropped the wallet in front of him and lit up a cigarette."You'll thank me later."

"And err... I think you broke my nose" "I- my bad." Xeno was embarrassed by all of this and couldn't generate a proper response. 

The man could only chuckle and proposed something. "look I won't make you pay for my nose surgery or anything, though I do need something in exchange." 

Xeno was now curious about it. "Anddd what's that something?" "An apartment." 

He almost choked on air when he heard that. "How am I supposed to help you with that..?"

The guy raised his shoulders "I dunno." He continued smoking as he explained. "I've been searching an apartment since forever but I can't find one, so if you help me with that I won't make you pay for my new nose."

Xeno was thinking about this deal when he remembered something.
"Are you looking for an apartment with a roommate? Because mine just left two weeks ago."

The stranger chuckled. "You want me to be your roommate? Are you already attached to me?"

Xeno rolled his eyes and grabbed his wallet on the floor.
"Oh shut up. I just happened to be looking for a new roommate so this is yout chance to find a lodging. Take it or leave it."

"Hmm fine..."

Both of them were talking casually while walking towards Xeno's house. This one wanted to show the apartment to his new roommate before he moves in.

Xeno learned that the guy's name was Stanley and that he was working in the army as a soldier.

They arrived in front of the building and Xeno took out his keys to unlock the door.

They steped inside and Stanley started to look around the house. 
"You have a freaking lab in your room."

"Yeah, I work for the NASA so a lab was crucial for my experiments."
The scientist answered.

"Hmm" Stanley nodded. 'That's kinda hot' 

After doing a quick visit of the apartment, the soldier comfired that he'd move in next week. The two men discusted all evening about rent and other stuff. 

As Stanley left, Xeno thought about the fact that he would live with this stranger in less than a week. 'I met him today and we're already roomate... Hmm this is gonna be interesting.'
