Map 1: The Territories
This is the most basic form of the map. Territories and borders are colour-coded, and major cities/locations named. Rivers are blue lines, and mountains are the triangles.
Title reads, "Etheria. C. 16/02/02."
Map 2: Trade Routes and Forest Density
A piece of blank paper beneath the tracing paper cover, to properly show the elements on the cover. Grey dotted lines show trade and travel routes as of the date aforementioned (note that Colonia, a port, has no connections through the Median (the ocean below Salineas), due to its years-long association with the Horde.)
Note also that Snows has a solitary connection with the Valley of the Lost. Interesting.
Initials to indicate known locations are shown: CO Colonia, SE Seaworthy, AL Alwyn, EL Elberon, TH Thaymor, ER Erelandia, CC Crystal Castle.
Map 3: Overlaying
The tracing-paper cover is overlaid on the territory map. The Whispering Woods accompanying the border of Horde territory (now labelled Scorpion Kingdom) is clearly visible.
Map 4: Notebook Page
Population sizes are shown: Bright Moon 550,000, Northern Reach 480,000, Salineas 230,000, Scorpion Kingdom 25,000, Plumeria 22,000, Mystacor 2500, Dryl 400 (Crimson Waste estimated at 100,000).
A message is also provided, in Dungeons and Dragons' Draconic script. Feel free to translate at your leisure.
