"They tolerate everything

He's playing tricks.
You're my darling, right?"Jiwon's focus remained unwavering, the calm environment and minimal distractions allowing her to revise her chapters efficiently. Just as she was delving into a complex concept, a gentle voice interrupted her.
"Here," Shotaro said, his smile warm as he placed a tray of sandwiches in front of her. "You've been studying ever since you arrived. Have some and take a break." His considerate nature immediately warmed Jiwon's heart.
She looked up, her eyes meeting Shotaro's kind gaze. "Thank you," she said, her gratitude sincere.
Eunseok, buried in the couch's pillow, suddenly piped up, "And he's Shotaro, the oldest and our team's leader." His tone was casual, but Jiwon detected a hint of admiration.
Shotaro chuckled, his eyes crinkling. "Eunseok, always announcing my credentials." He patted Jiwon's shoulder. "Eat, and don't worry about us. We'll keep the noise down."
Jiwon smiled, feeling at ease among these strangers. She took a bite of the sandwich, savoring the flavors. Shotaro's thoughtful gesture had recharged her batteries.
As she resumed studying, Jiwon noticed Seunghan and Anton engaging in a hushed conversation, their faces serious. Shotaro rejoined them, his expression matching theirs.
Eunseok leaned over, whispering, "Don't mind them. Team business." His eyes locked onto hers, ensuring she understood.
As he whispered, his eyes locked onto hers, Jiwon felt her heart skip a beat. His voice was deep, low, and soothing, sending shivers down her spine. She nodded, her gaze trapped in his, her mind momentarily blank.
Eunseok's eyes held hers for a fraction longer, the air thickening between them. Then, he broke the spell, settling back into the couch, his focus returning to his books.
Jiwon's cheeks warmed, her pulse racing. She tried to shake off the feeling, attributing it to exhaustion. But the memory of Eunseok's intense gaze lingered.
"Min Jiwon?" Someone abruptly raised his voice, snapping Jiwon back to reality. Her eyes widened as she met the voice's owner, her surprise evident.
"Jung Sungchan?" she exclaimed, her voice barely above a whisper. The last time she saw him was three years ago, before he transferred schools without warning, he used to be always with eunseok, both being inseparable.
Sungchan's eyes sparkled with amusement as he strode towards her, a charming smile spreading across his face. "Long time no see, Jiwon." His voice dripped with familiarity.
Jiwon's gaze darted between Sungchan and Eunseok, her mind racing with connections. She frowned, memories resurfacing. "Don't tell me... you both were into this?"
