Who is there?

"I was once like you" Marina stood in front of the long mirror in her bedroom, cautiously admiring her body from different angles, like a model posing for a photoshoot. Now and again she would lean into the mirror and elongate her neck and investigate her features, noting her cut glass cheekbones and striking green eyes.
"How marvellous," she uttered, stunned.
She wore a long silk nightgown of steel grey and lace which clung to slight curves and hung sharply from jutting bones, forming a silhouette of what some would consider an enviable figure.
Now she was holding up her lustrous chestnut coloured hair to reveal her neck and shoulders more clearly and she decided that really was her best feature.
Her initial panic at her appearance had subsided for the moment, but her confusion hadn't. How was it that her middle aged frame had been replaced with this younger vision she currently could see?
Just then a familiar voice called from the kitchen.
"Marina, are you ready yet? We need to get a move on." It sounded irritated and she could hear pacing about as if to speed up her readiness. 
It was her husband's voice that's for sure, but who the hell was Marina?
