Unwanted Feelings

Felix hadn't realized that the day had came to an end. He was surprisingly still busy talking to his new found companions. They too forgot the fact that all of them had to return to their quarters. Yep, you read that right. Hwangs had a different quarters for the maids. The male maids also had one for them selves. In these quarters, some had their own rooms, while some preferred to have a roommate. (The maids be living in more luxury than us😭)

There was also one more thing Felix was yet to realize. That was the fact that his husband wasn't home. It was already 10 in the night.

"Well, it looks like it's time for us to take our leave." Maddy said, exhausted.

"It's time already? Come on...!" Samantha whined like a little kid. Maddy raised an eyebrow at her. "Fiiine!" Samantha pouted.

If you don't know, Samantha and Maddy were already a couple. Felix was shocked at first, but then fangirled(or should I say fanboyed) them around.

"You guys are gonna leave me alone noww!" Felix pouted wiping away his non existing tears.

"Oh wait... Talking about you being alone, where is Mr. Hwang?" Jaquarta pointed out.

That's when it struck everyone. Hyunjin had always kept to a specific schedule. He was like the perfect good boy, always like to be on time to everything. It was a big thing for him to be even 5 minutes late to something. That same Hyunjin, who always comes home around evening, is still absent.

"That's true, he's never a type to arrive home late." Kathy said.

"Unless he is..." Sam quickly stopped her words. She looked at Felix who was already having his mind eaten by worry. She then ran her eyes through everyone else in the room. All the maids looked like they were conversing with their eyes. As if they were deciding whether to say it out loud or not. Everyone had a panic stricken look in their faces.

"What is it? Tell me? What is it?" Felix spoke up, his voice slightly raised out of concern for his husband.

"Uhmm, Felix. It's.. It's nothing n-nah" Samantha said fidgeting with her hands.

"No! There is something! You all are hiding it from me.. What is it.. Please tell me Sam... What happened to him!?.." Felix blabbered, his eyes slightly filling with moisture from the stress of not finding his mat- I mean husband.

Hyunjin wasn't Felix's mate yet. In fact they haven't even had any intimate gestures. Even though Felix so badly did want his husband to mark him, he knew it was not happening any time soon. He wasn't even sure if Hyunjin will ever see him as a wife, nevertheless mate with him. But that's a topic for another day in Felix's head. Now's not the time for that.

"Felix! Aww, I don't know if I should tell you this.." Samantha said sadly, looking at the ground from the unbearable guilt she was feeling.

"Please... What is it..." Felix pleaded, the tears finally escaping his eyes. He walked over to Samantha and held her hand, looking slightly up at her.

"Mr. Hwang is most likely with his girlfriend, Ms. Emilia!.." Madeline spat out. Everyone turned to her, but Felix just stood in his position, shocked.

"W-what?" He asked in a whisper, his tears left his eyes uncontrollably. Felix felt the world around him shatter.

"We're so sorry Felix..." Jaquarta said as she went to hug him, followed by the others.

Felix still had not recovered from the shock of a news he had received. He was silent, didn't knew what to do, what to say. He didn't even know if he should cry. He was hurt, both physically and mentally, he was hurt more than anyone could imagine, more than anyone has ever felt.
