Rules
-Cursing allowed (but please dont go overboard)
-No 16+ words.
-Hate the dragon, not the person
-Violence allowed, again dont go too overboard
-Must ask to be animus, and must ask before casting spells
-Must ask to make a prophecy
-No fantribes
-I accept purebreds, hybrids, tribrids, and quadbrids, but no AllWings or dragons with 5+ tribes in them
-3 characters per person per winglet
-Keep to your tribes color palette unless theres a reason you dont
-No being overpowered. You must ask me to have firescales, very powerful leafspeak, and mind reading.
-Children of canon ships are allowed, just ask me first please!
-Ships between ocs are allowed, but both owners must be okay with it
