March 8th, 2019, the month where Eclipse and Galactic graduated from OCS. Both of them wanted to continue the legacy of their parents in the military.

"I've waited a thousand years for this to happen!" Eclipse exclaimed, her eyes shining with determination as she looked at Galactic. "Let's make our families proud and show the world what we're capable of," Galactic replied, a confident smile on his face.

Together, they stood under the shadow of the moon, ready to embark on their journey as officers in the military.

Timeskip - battlefield

The two friends started to see war for the first time , their determination and courage being put to the test as they faced the harsh realities of combat. Despite the challenges, Eclipse and Galactic remained steadfast in their mission to honor their families and make a difference on the battlefield.

"Shit!" Eclipse got shot in her abdomen , but Galactic quickly pulled her to safety behind cover. With grit and determination, they fought on, their bond growing stronger with each battle they faced together.

"Fuck!" Eclipse sobbed in pain, but Galactic reassured her that they would make it through together. Despite the horrors of war, their friendship and loyalty to each other never wavered, becoming a beacon of hope in the darkness of battle.

"War is shittier than I thought..." Galactic muttered under his breath, feeling the weight of their experiences settling in. But he knew that as long as they had each other, they could overcome anything that came their way.

"It's fine Eclipse, we'll get through this together," he said, offering her a small smile before they continued to fight side by side. Their unbreakable bond and unwavering support for one another were the driving force that kept them going in the midst of chaos and destruction.

Galactic charged with his tempest gun, determined to protect not only himself, but also his comrade in arms. The sound of battle cries and explosions surrounded them, but in that moment, they found solace in the knowledge that they were not alone in their fight.

"Fall back, fall back!" The commander's voice boomed over the chaos, signaling a temporary retreat for their forces. Galactic and Eclipse exchanged a knowing glance before following the order, ready to regroup and strategize for the next phase of the battle.

"Hey, you can take a breather now." Galactic said to Eclipse, a hint of relief in his voice. "We'll come back stronger and finish this once and for all." Eclipse nodded, grateful for the moment of respite before diving back into the fray.

"I don't have any painkillers on me, and you really really need the bullet out, is it fine if I remove the bullet without the painkillers?" Galactic asked Eclipse, concern evident in his eyes. Eclipse winced but nodded, trusting Galactic's expertise in field medicine.

"It's... fine..." Eclipse gritted his teeth as Galactic carefully removed the bullet, his hands steady despite the difficult task. The pain was excruciating, but Eclipse knew it was necessary for their survival in the ongoing battle.

"FUCK!" Eclipse cursed through clenched teeth as Galactic finally extracted the bullet, a wave of relief washing over him. He knew that they needed to keep moving, but the pain was overwhelming. "We need to get out of here," Eclipse said, his voice strained but determined.

"It's night, and we're sitting ducks out in the open." Galactic nodded in agreement, quickly bandaging Eclipse's wound before helping him to his feet.

"We didn't contact for help yet! We're helpless!" Eclipse realized, feeling a surge of panic.

"It's alright, Eclipse, calm down." Galactic said reassuringly, gripping Eclipse's arm firmly. "We'll find a way out of this, together," he added, his eyes scanning their surroundings for any sign of danger.

"Major Kaden, this is Lieutenant Galactic speaking, half of our troops didn't get the retreat call, requesting immediate backup and extraction," Galactic spoke into his communicator, hoping for a swift response. Eclipse took a deep breath, trying to steady his nerves as he looked to Galactic for guidance in the midst of chaos. "We'll make it through this, Eclipse," Galactic said with conviction, determined to lead them both to safety.

"Promise?" Eclipse asked, his voice wavering slightly. Galactic nodded, his expression resolute. "I promise," he replied firmly, before turning to lead the way through the dangerous terrain towards safety.

The duo waited, and waited , for what felt like an eternity, until finally the sound of approaching reinforcements could be heard in the distance. Relief washed over them as they prepared to make their escape with the help of their fellow soldiers. Together, they would navigate through the chaos and emerge victorious on the other side.

"Regiment 6-2 for extraction, regiment 6-2 for extraction." The chopper descended from the sky, its blades cutting through the air as it landed before them. Without hesitation, Galactic and his companion climbed aboard, knowing that they were one step closer to freedom and safety.

"Don't worry, regiment 6-1 will clean up the mess you did." The commander 's voice crackled over the radio, reassuring them that their sacrifice had not been in vain.

"See? War isn't that bad, is it?" Galactic smiled to Eclipse as they flew off into the distance, grateful for each other's support in the heat of battle. Eclipse chuckled, shaking his head in disbelief at Galactic's optimism even in the face of danger.

"You're really brave." Eclipse chuckled, "But I think it's more about survival than bravery at this point." Galactic just grinned, knowing that they would make it out of this war together.

The duo went to base for debriefing , reflecting on the events of the day and feeling a sense of camaraderie that only comes from facing adversity together. They knew that their bond would only grow stronger as they continued to fight side by side in the battles to come.

"I wish Chase were here." Eclipse and Galactic's long-time friend, designated as a commander in another country, would have been proud of their teamwork and courage. But they knew that he was fighting his own battles, and they were determined to make him proud in his absence.

"Eclipse, are you sure you're alright? I didn't really mean to hurt you in the bullet extraction, by the way." Eclipse smiled weakly, reassured by Galactic's concern. "I'll be fine, don't worry. We've been through worse together," he replied, grateful for their unwavering support and understanding.
