"THE AUTOPSY REPORT indicates that his official cause of death was due to suffocation and damage to various organs from the roof collapsing on him," Hawks explained, standing before the board of stockholders, his eyes shifting to Madam President, who sat at the head of the table.

She arched an eyebrow, tapping her nails against the table. "But you don't believe that's the full story, do you?"

Hawks hesitated before responding. "We sent an officer to question her on behalf of the police force, and she handled it flawlessly. She acknowledged her mistakes but left no room for us to pinpoint anything conclusive."

A man seated next to Hawks interjected, adjusting his glasses. "Our findings suggest that the true cause of death may have been a sudden blockage of blood to critical organs, almost as if the blood flow to the heart was abruptly stopped."

Madam President's gaze sharpened. "And you're implying that her quirk is capable of this?"

Hawks shook his head, a troubled expression crossing his face. "According to Eraserhead's monthly reports, her quirk is strictly water manipulation. I've seen it in action myself—there's nothing inherently lethal about it. The only time she used water against him was to knock him off his feet, and even that seemed more like an act of desperation than aggression."

Madam President leaned forward, her gaze sharp. "Were the reports intercepted before they reached our department?"

Hawks hesitated, then shook his head. "No, ma'am. The autopsy results came directly from the emergency room at U.A.—it was the closest facility and the fastest option available."

She let out a dry chuckle, her eyes narrowing as she leaned back in her chair, deep in thought. "Hah, Nezu... just how far are you willing to go to protect her?"

"Since we have no official proof, we cannot take any direct action against her," she continued, her tone sharp yet resigned. "But we'll keep a close watch. I have to admit, Aizawa has done an impressive job as her guardian—he's kept her on the straight and narrow, at least for now."

The room fell into silence, the tension in the air almost palpable. Board members exchanged uncertain glances, realizing that the situation was far more complex than it appeared on the surface.
