I was chilling on my couch, happily eating a chilly dog, when there was a bright flash of light.

I looked up, startled, so much that I dropped my half-eaten chilly dog, which fell right onto my stomach, the chilly splattering all over my chest and stomach.

It was a girl, her quills were a blinding gold, and she had these Ruby red eyes that kinda reminded me of Shadow's for some reason, she also had dark purple stripes along her quills.

"What the hell-" I exclaimed.

"Hi D- I mean Sonic. Uh, I'm from the future and I'm here to help you!" She grinned at me.

". . . With what?" I asked.

"Um, I'm not allowed to say, and you're prolly gonna hate me after this, but future you thanks me! Plus my life also kinda depends on weather I do this or not- ah dammit I'm talking too much!" She slapped her forehead in annoyance at herself before grinning at me again. "Anyways."

Then, before I could ask any questions, she used the chaos emeralds she had to zap me.

I let out a surprised squak at the tingling that spred through my body, it felt like my insides were turning inside-out, I felt myself begin to shrink, and I blacked out because of the pain, hearing a "OH FUCK DID I JUST KILL HIM?!" right before my world went dark.

When I opened my eyes, I found myself still on my couch, but it seemed . . . bigger?

The girl was still here, because her face was right in mine the second I opened my eyes.

"Oh, phew, you're alive." She says in a relieved voice.

I tried to talk, but instead it ended up being an angry squeak. What the hell?

"Awe, you're funny-sounding as I real hedgehog! Maybe I should do this to both you and Daddy when I get home." She giggled.

I let out a 'THE FUCK YOU TALKIN' ABOUT' squeak and she burst into laughter.

"I so need a video!" She pulled out a cell phone and clicked on the screen a few times before stopping and holding it up at me.

I let out a bunch of angry squaks and squabbles as I looked myself over.

I was tiny.

And brown.

And on all fours.

I was an actual, real, none-alien-looking hedgehog.

Shit.

I continued to try and yell at this girl, who by now had finished filming and had turned super again.

I squeaked out a 'WAIT' as she waved bye to me, a flash of light taking her back to wherever the hell she'd come from.

Now, I was left alone, with no way of talking, or calling my friends for help.

Then the doorbell rang.

How splendid.

I scurried across the floor, managing to scramble up onto a table by the door, I made a leap for the knob and gripped it in my tiny hands. I then made another leap, grabbing the little puffy thing that was around the hole that I could look out. I just barely got a glimpse of Amy before falling and grabbing the knob in my haste.

My extremely light weight made the knob turn, and when Amy knocked a second time-a bit harder-the door swung open and the momentum made me fall.

I was nearly squished between the door and the wall as I scurried out of the way.

Gee who knew being a real hedgehog was so hard?

Amy peered in, saw me, and did the last thing I wanted.
