~Chapter 3
Troy's POV
WEDNESDAY.
Haha." Baliw na 'tong isang 'to.
Baliw talaga.
"Troy! Crush mo si Chloe?" Ay tae! May ibang tao na pala dito?
Hayst patay!

Chloe's POVHuuu! This is my first day in school and I feel so nervous. My Mom decided to start again my studies here in this School. And pumayag naman ako because I have no choice.
I know that you think now how can I speak tagalog. That because my Father is a Filipino.
Yes, he is. And the sad thing is he died one year ago.
Before, when he's still alive, he started for teaching me tagalog words when I was about 3 years old. I learned a lot more of tagalog words but I always used to speak English since we live in Australia. The good thing is I still remember all the words he taught.
My Mom also could speak a little bit tagalog like me. Dad also taught her but much earlier than me, that he started teaching her when I was just on my Mom's tummy.
And the reason for he teaching me and Mom is we had a plan to migrate here in the Philippines. That plan was really dated on June 23, 2014, last year. It was interrupted kasi nawala na si Dad. But Mom made the biggest decision in our life and that is to continue our plan even Dad's gone. And now here.
Okay, let's go back to present. Here I am, looking for my section and I can't still find it. Few minutes passed, and I found it! And here it is again, the feels.
As I look inside the classroom, the teacher there saw me and then here she is, slowly walking towards me wearing a sweet smile.
"Oh Hi. I'm Teacher Cherry Roque. How are you?" She asked, with a strange looks in her eyes.
"Hi po! My name is Chloe Smith. And I'm.. great!" I nervously answered.
"You're a transferee, are you?" She asked again..
And I simply answered, "Y-Yes!"
"And I guess in this section are you belongs, am I right?"
"Exactly." I replied.
"Great!" She said. "Just wait for a while." She added and going back inside the classroom.
After a few seconds, I heard that she's calling me to come inside. Pumasok din ako. Nahihiya ako, I feel that my whole body is shaking.
I hear the whole class is whispering and murmuring and I know that's all about me. Wala akong nagawa pa just to introduce myself to them.
"Hello. Uhm, I'm Chloe Smith and I am from Sydney Australia. Please be nice to me."
And Teacher Cherry command me to sit beside Gail. Good thing she waved her right hand. Then naupo ako sa tabi niya, as she started talking with me about anything like introducing herself.
And I could say she's cute and nice. We do a lot of same things, like we love reading books, eating pizza, and listening to Taylor Swift. Yeah, her songs are all great.
That's why I think she will gonna be my new friend or maybe bestfriend?
Time moves too fast, and now our last period, Mr. Mendoza, our Filipino subject teacher, dismissed the class.
As we, Gail and I, got off the school, I could see our white van parked a few meters from the gate of our school.
"Gusto mong ikaw bang sumabay sa amin?" I asked her in tagalog and she burst with laughter. Okay, what's wrong?
"Hahahaha!" She laughed like this is the last day of her life and there's no tomorrow again for her laughs. Did I do something wrong?
"What?!" I asked with confusion.
"Haha. It should be 'Gusto mo bang sumabay sa amin'. You shouldn't put the word 'ikaw' in your sentence if you already used the word 'mo', get it?" Ahh. So that's why she's laughing so hard. Is it a big deal?
"Yeah. I got it. Haha."
"But no thanks, I prefer to commute. See you tomorrow. Bye!" She said.
"Bye!" Then she quickly walked away. I immediately also go to our van and get inside but to my surprise, my Mom is the one who's driving it. And that should be our driver, Mang Jose.
"What are you doing here Mom?" I said surprisingly.
"It looks like, you have already your friend just on your first day." She said instead of answering my question. Great.
"Yeah. That's Gail po. She's nice Mom and she's mabait.. siya?" I said not so sure if I will add the word "siya".
And Mom started laughing also like Gail. Hays.
What? Am I wrong again?
