Vivian.

Vivian wake up.

"Vivian, it's been too long, you need to wake up." The ghost called out to me. My eyes started to flutter open as I woke up in a bright room..or place..I don't know where I was. But it wasn't the cul-de-sac.. I feel my stomach twist and turn as everything around me grew brighter, like..something was happening to me..

"AH!" Vivian woke up in a cold sweat, breathing heavily as she looked around. She sat up in her bed and sighed, around her was a cold and dark room, it looked like it was decaying but she made it work.

"The same dream again..why is this happening to me..?" Vivian questioned herself, she looked down at her hands which were shaking aggressively, she felt a cold breeze throughout her room which made her shiver. 

She got up out the bed and walked out her room, it was about 1 am and everyone was asleep, She started to descend down the steps, making creaking sounds as she walked. She made her way to the front doors and went into the outdoors. A few streetlights were flickering on and off, it was cold and dark, the only thing you could hear was the howls of animals. Vivian took a small breath and sighed. She then heard someone and looked around, as she looked around, she then saw Edd.

"Huh..?" Vivian tilted her head in confusion. 

Edd seemed to be sleepwalking. Unaware of his surroundings. Vivian walked up to Edd and shook him a bit., that didn't work, She then punched his arm and he let out a loud yelp.

"Ow! Maybe be a little bit more gent-" Edd stopped as soon as he saw Vivian. "Heheh..uh..h-hi.." He stuttered a bit, with a bit of fear.

Vivian looked at him, a bit confused. "What's the matter, it looks like you've seen a ghost..?" She said, her voice soft sounding, with a bit of rasp in it, it sounded like it could put you in a trance.

"Oh..Vivian..it's just you..I..um.." Edd was at a loss for words, Vivian stepped closer to Edd.

"Are you cold?" Vivian said.

Edd froze, muttering something that couldn't be heard. His face flushed with embarrassment.

"Maybe you should get back home, you look tired.." Vivian touched his face with just her fingertip, sending a shiver down his body.

"Y-Yeah, maybe your right..! I should be getting home..!! I'll be off, bye!!" And with that, Edd hurried off home. 

Vivian stood there, still confused, she just shrugged it off and looked back into the night sky. Vivian then sighed and went back into her house.

Edd turned around to get one last glance but she was already gone. He sighed and touched his face, in the exact same spot she placed her finger on. He felt another shiver go through his body, He then shook it off and walked back home.

*The next day*

"Ed, I told you to put the lemonade right here!" Eddy shouted.

"But Double D told me to put the lemonade right here!" Ed protested. 

"Well forget what sock-head said, He don't know what he's talking about!" Eddy complained as he crossed his arms. 

Edd was just in his own world, staring off into the distance. Eddy and Ed looked at Edd with confusion.

"Yo, Sock-head, what's with the face?" Eddy said.

Edd didn't answer. Eddy then snapped his fingers in front of Edd's face, snapping him out of whatever trance he was in.

"You good Double D?" Eddy said.

Edd looked at Eddy and nodded. "Yep..Just didn't get enough of sleep last night.." Edd said, in a quiet tone. 

"Huh, you of all people didn't get any sleep last night? What were you doing, working on your ant farm or something?" Eddy taunted him with a smirk, he laughed as he walked back over to Ed to continue working on their latest scam. Edd sighed and went over to help the two boys.

*Meanwhile..*

Vivian sat alone in her house, with nothing to do, no one to talk to, only the mice that passed by every once in a while, she then gained a sort of hunger. She got up and walked downstairs, As she walked, the floorboards were ripping the bottom of her dress, making it look dingy and tattered. She made her way to the kitchen and went over to the fridge, all the came out of it was flies of such, but she was still hungry. She took one look out the window and sighed. Vivian headed towards the front door and opened it. Immediately, she felt a bright ray of sunshine hit her face, making her squint her eyes a bit. She then walked outside and closed the door gently. She sighed and looked around, seeing all the kids in the cul-de-sac stop what their doing, They've never seen Vivian come out her house, especially in broad daylight. As she walked along the sidewalk, everyone couldn't help but start to feel a bit nervous. Vivian then stopped at the Ed's lemonade stand.

The Ed's looked up from what they were doing to see Vivian standing right in front of them.

"Oh...Uh..look lady, we're kinda closed right now, so scram." Eddy said.

"No were not..!" Ed said.

"Yea we are." Eddy said, as he narrowed his eyes at Ed, making him shut up.

"Oh..that's alright..I'll just come back next time.." Vivian said as she started to walk off.

Eddy scoffed and looked at Ed and Edd.

Edd watched as Vivian walked off before shouting. "Wait!"

"What are you doing?!" Eddy said, giving Edd a look.

Edd looked at Eddy and jogged over to Vivian.

Vivian and Edd stood face to face, They hadn't said anything for a few minutes.

"Did you need something?" Vivian had asked to break the silence.

"O-Oh...uh..we still have some lemonade if you'd like..it's on me.." Edd said, scratching the back of his neck with his head down.

Vivian seemed a bit shocked by the offer. She was at a loss for words. She then nodded. "Yea..sure, I'll take a cup..I am a bit hungry as well..but if you don't have any snacks, it's fine.." Vivian said.

Edd then perked his head up. "I have a few snacks at my house, They might not be the best but they should be enough to satisfy your hunger..!" Edd offered.

"Oh! Well..um..sure..!!" Vivian agreed to such a generous offer. 

And with that, Vivian walked along with Edd to his house. Eddy and Ed watched as the two walked together.

"What the heck..?" Eddy said out of confusion, but he felt a bit jealous, Edd just left him and Ed with the lemonade stand while he went off with some creepy girl.
