"Everybody who dances for Candy Apples knows that they have a certain aura about them when they walk into a competition" Cathy says at to me and Kendall.

" You guys know I'm down a spectacular dancer. I put a lot of stock in Taylor and I. And I don't want to pressure you guys by any means or other than to say they got big shoes to fill" Cathy says.

"You guys have to rise to the occasion. You know, cream rises to the top. So we want to have ourselves a latte" Cathy says.

We then learn our solos for the Joffrey Ballet School.

We then get to the Joffrey thing.

"Come on, guys" Cathy says.

"Listen, girls..." Cathy says

We get in the hallway and we see the ALDC.

"Hi! How are you guys?" Cathy says

"Good. How are you?" Abby says

"Good! Hi, ladies" Cathy says to the moms

Cathy then teaches us the routine and Abby invited herself into our conversation.

"Girls, if you don't know it yet, you're never gonna know it" Abby says.

"Stop voicing your opinion, cause it doesn't matter here" Cathy snaps.

We keep practicing and soon Brian the person that invited us came in.

"We are ready for....the solos" He says.

First was Paige, then Brooke, then Nia, then Kenzie

Now it was my turn.

I walk out there and I do the piece Cathy put together

"You did good. But I think you could work on some stuff" The woman in the middle said

I nod

"I think you did a good job for you age" Brian said.

"Thank you" I smile.

The other two judges gave their opinions.

I exit the room with a little bit of confidence... not much

Then it was Kendall's turn.

Soon it was Chloe's turn

Then it was Maddie turn

Now we were practicing for the group next.

"Two and three, four and five. Flex it, six" Cathy says.

"We all know that Kendall and Hazel has had training other places. So we've just kind of tweaked out all the bad habits that she's gathered along the way" Cathy says

"Cathy's gotten Kendall and Hazel so many.. things going on" Mom says

"That's wonderful" Abby says

"How have the moms been at Candy Apple's, Jill?" Cathy asks

"The moms are great" Mom says.

"That's probably why I have 300 students versus 20, because I don't have a problem with embracing new costumers" Cathy says.

"Cathy, how many kids have you had her at Joffrey?" Abby asks.

"How many have you had, Abby?" Cathy fights back.

"Three" Abby says.

"I highly doubt that you've had three people here" Cathy says.

"Good afternoon, everyone. We are ready for the dancers" Brian says.
