Staring back at her reflection, her lips were glazed with her chapstick but they still seemed chapped. Her eyebags stood out more prompt since she pulled another all nighter; Fairy Tales are real, Happy endings are real; they just go to the wrong people.. Sadie was fully aware the life she was living was hers.

People here in storybooke are so happy with there 'perfect' lifes; they never took a moment to stop to themselves, Sadie had plenty of time. Whether it was at school, or at home. Her thoughts were always chaotic but one thing stood out, her body felt too light. Her chest felt heavy, her memory was foggy, and she didn't remeber anything before Storybroke.

It was just odd to her that her close freind Henry Mills, believed they were all fairytales. Maybe she was just crazy, but it still bothered her.

Was her life a lie? Were her footsteps even real?

Her footsteps echo thru the air as her shoes collide with the metal stairway of her apartment, her music blaring in her ears infecting her brain with the lyrics. Her brain felt like putty when she was in her own little world, her music was like a savior from her own thoughts.

Welcoming the cold air of the night, stepping off the metal stairs she glanced around for a moment; her breath could be seen in the cold in small huffs. Stomping a few times shuttering she began her walk to no where. As she walked her music continued to drown out the negative thoughts, some still mannage to get in.

No matter how hard she tried to think like a kid.

Thinking like a kid was hard when she doesn't remember what it was like when she was a kid. She couldn't remember a damn thing and it drove her nuts. Looking up, she caught sight of Henry and a women she's never seen before. 'That must be his real mum..' A small smile came to her lips as she walked down the concrete steps.

She checked both ways before crossing over, wrapping an arm around Henry's neck. "Hey squirt." She said, Henry smiled and hugged her back from the side. "I'm Sadie." She said holding her hand out for the blonde,"..Emma." The blonde mumbled, eyeing the girl for a moment; she seemed oddly familiar to Emma.

"This is her." Henry said proudly,"I'm gonna be honset Henry?I didn't think you'd do it." She hums amused,"I told you I would." He huffed swatting her hand away from his hair. "Do you by chance know where his house is?" Emma asked, "Oh the mayor's house?" She grins amused side glancing Henry.

"You're the mayor's kid?" Emma drawled out clearly exhausted. "Maybe.." He mumbles fiddling with the strap of his bag, "Can you tell me what street?" Emma sighs putting her hands on her hips. "1-800 I'm not telling you street." She smiled patting Henry's shoulder, Emma let a groan out. "Night Henry, Emma." She smiled kissing Henry's head and walked off.

Emma watched the girl leave then turned to Henry,"She seems a bit old for you." She joked and Henry's face heated up. "She's my freind and tutor!" He hissed,"Ah, that makes it better." Emma laughed as another man walked over with a dalmatian dog.

Some shop lights flickered while others blinded her, one stuck out. 'Mr. Gold's Pawnshop' when Gold was locking his shop up for the night. "Sadie." He gave a small smile that looked forced. "I didn't know older people were out this late?" She said amused earning a scoff from him, he limps past her and hit the back of her knee with his cane making her yelp and run off, she huffed.

"Crazy old man.." She mumbles; rubbing the back of her knee as she limped away from his shop. She shook the pain away, as she stuffed her hands in her pockets, enjoying the night air. She spun around when she thought she felt a hand grab her had, it felt too light to be a person though.. "Wierd.." She mumbles backing up, then turned to face the front as she walked back to her house to hopefully get some sleep.

While she was indeed very tierd; her body refused to shut down. Maybe it was the coffee she drank throughout the day, maybe it was her thoughts that kept her awake at night. As soon as she unlocked her apartment door, her body felt sluggish and her movements felt blurred as she practically dragged herself over to the springy bed in the loft.

She let a groan out as her head hit the pillow and the days stress just washes right over her like a curse making her hold her head, nuzzling into her pillow she let a single sigh out and before she knew it she was asleep.

The smell of the polished floor filled her senses as her eyes opened, the sound of the crowd before her coming back. "You better be listening, I'm only saying this once" Her step-mother said, "I heard you the first bloody time." She grumbles, "Then do it." She said flatly, Elena rolled her eyes and with the wave of a hand a green flame appeared, her step-mothers pressed her lips into a line as jealousy overcame her.

"Just because you're bad at magic, don't mean I am." Elena said coldly, astingisuhing the ball of fire. "Don't talk back to your step-mother Elena." Her father, King William said in a tierd tone walking into the garden.

"I'm not 'talking back', I'm having a conversation." She mumbles annoyed,"Don't." Her step mother warned lowly, Elena's jaw tightens, God she hated this women with her every being.

"Whatever." Elena scoffed walking out of the garden,"Hey!We're not done!" Her step mother yelled,"You aren't I sure as hell am." She mumbles as everything fades..
