Hiachi has long black hair, dark eye sockets with blck mucus dripping down from her eyes. She wears her iconic pink hat, which is noticeably stained. She has a wide, uncanny grin that seems to be a forced smile. She wears a long plain white dress that is knee length.
Before she was cursed, Hiachi was a young girl who had long, dark hair with a bright red headband. She had a pale complexion and her face was shadowed, hiding her facial features. She wore a white kimono which had a pink Sakura print on its sleeves. It is said that she also wore a hat on adventures as Kintoru did when she transformed into someone who looked like her.
