Levi's POV:

She was beautiful, as always... Petra slips her hands under my open shirt, slim fingers clutching at my skin, causing me to shudder. She leans back on the table, her eager delicate breaths fill the room, which happens to be my office. Risky, I know, but when I get that insatiable need to be near her, and her warm amber eyes meet mine across a room, I know she understands and reciprocates what I'm feeling. I look at her blushing face, red, bitten lips... Even if we've never said it before, I lo-

*knock knock* I look at the door sharply, whispering "Shit, now?!" under my breath. We spring apart as the interruption speaks.

"Levi? Petra? It's Erwin. Can you let me in, I want to ask you something."

"Yeah yeah just give me a second," I say hurriedly buttoning my shirt back up and re-fastening my cravat. Petra dives to the floor and buttons up her own shirt and wriggles into her pants underneath the table, her hair still a mess.

I quickly run my hands through my own hair to straighten it as I hear the doorknob turn. I place a pen in front of me with some paperwork as I cross my hands on the desk, waiting for Erwin  "the Killjoy" to enter.

Erwin's POV:

I knock on Levi's door and state my name and purpose, as per standards, then I hear something rather not standard...rustling? ..and muttered swears...Foolishly, I hadn't put together what was happening yet.

Knowing that Levi's office would be unlocked, I turn the handle and push it open to see Levi clearing his throat, sitting at his desk, his usually icy glare rather flushed... Taking in the scene, his sloppily tied cravat (comparatively, of course, for anyone else it would have been quite good), his paperwork upside-down, the buttons on his shirt misaligned, I notice that his assistant and girlfriend, Petra Val, is nowhere in the room.

I open my mouth to ask where she is, when she pops her head up from the side of the desk, stammering some excuse about accidentally dropping papers. Her face is quite flushed, even for one who easily blushes, her pants are unbuttoned, and her hair is rumpled, like someone had been...grasping it...

"Ah," I say, finally putting it together. I look between the two, trying to decide what my next course of action should be... Obviously Levi was going to need another assistant, but I had known about their relationship beforehand, so I should have expected this at some point.. It wasn't fair to break them up, as they were simply a couple in love, and hadn't done anything illegal.

I sighed and looked at Levi, "Levi come with me to my office, Petra, I'll talk to you after dinner." Petra gave Levi a worried look as he grabbed his jacket and followed me out of the room and down the hall.
