Sophie shifted her weight from Alex in the bed as she laid there with him. She spent the night at his place, after the concert and ended up staying for a few days. Cooper stayed in the guest room to avoid driving back home.

Alex took another drag on his cigarette as she moved her body to him to talk to him.

"I talked to Mike last night..." Sophie said to Alex and he slowly turned to her, the cigarette I between his left index and middle finger.

"Baby, why did you do that?" Alex asked concerned. Why did she care. He thought to himself.

She sighed and nervously touched her messy braid that she made last night.

"Umm I need answers" She told Alex and bit her bottom lip, knowing what he would say next. 

Alex turned to her and gave her a big sigh of disapproval. 

"Babe, you don't need to talk to the scumbag. He wont tell you anything. Even ask Cooper, he wont even tell you why." He told Sophie frankly and rudely. Alex was very overprotective of his new girlfriend. Whom he loved dearly. He knew it was defiantly love.  Or some strong feeling of amorous feelings towards her. 

"I know...but.." Sophie started then bit her lip when Cooper came in the room. 

"Hey guys" He said and sat down on the couch near Alex's bed. 

Cooper looked at Sophie and he knew something was wrong, then he looked to Alex who shrugged. 

"What did you do?" Cooper asks Sophie. Who shrunk herself under the covers of Alex's bed. 

Cooper got up from his seat and went over to Sophie who was upset. Alex sat up from the bed and got up slowly, continuing the drags on his cigarette. He turned to the duo who was now cuddling in the bed. 

"You guys talk, I'll be in my office" Alex said and exited the bedroom. 

Coopers eyes met Sophie's. 

"Alright, tell me what happened" Cooper told Sophie. 

Sophie gulped and turned to Cooper.

"I text Mike today..." She told Cooper as his jaw dropped.

"Why, that creep? Soph..." Cooper stated and sighed deeply, but griping her in tighter 

" I know you want an answer but he wont tell you"

Yeah, your right..." Sophie said to her best friend and hugged hum tightly. 

"I love you, you know" Cooper said to Sophie.

"I know you do Cooper" Sophie answered back and gave her friend a kiss on the forehead.  

In the distance they heard a few knocking sounds coming from the doorway. As they looked up they saw Alex standing there with his arms crosses staring at them. 

"You guys are weird. " Alex says and smiles a corner smile at the both of them as Sophie places her head on Coopers shoulder. He was like her brother. She didn't think of him as anything more, but Alex was bothered by this relationship the two of them shared. Alex sighed and sat next to Sophie on the bed. All three of them fit on Alex's bed. 

"So we fixed the crisis?" Alex asked as they both smile at him. They both nodd in unison. 

Cooper got up from Alex's bed, carefully letting go of Sophie as he exited the room to use the bathroom. With a swift movement Alex stole Coopers place next to Sophie and throws his arm around her and brings her in close. She places her head on his heart.

"I'm glad Cooper talked some sense into you" Alex says frankly. His tone sincere. She looks up at him and shrugs. 

"You didn't really think he'd tell you did you?" Alex asks her. 

Sophie gulps lightly. 

Actually I did. I had a feeling about him. He wasn't what he seemed. Mike was different. I knew it. Even though the two men in my life didn't think so; I did.
