Billy woke up late in the day. He took a deep breath in and held his neck as he felt the pain. He looked around confused at the place he was in. He was unfamiliar with the large and rather lavish bedroom. He sat up in bed and rubbed his eyes. His clothing folded neatly in the chair. The large red velvet curtains open allowing the light to shine through the windows. Dark wood embellished the room as he laid in a bed of red satin.

He heard the door handle turn as he looked, worried about what he could see. A woman walked in with a tray of food. "I am glad you are awake. I have brought you nourishment." She spoke as she walked over to him and put the tray down in front of him. "I have to go." Billy stated. She shushed him. "Eat your food. The Master will take care of you now. Only the best for you now." She insisted.

She left the room as Billy sat confused in the bed. He looked at the tray of food. He sighed as he felt his hunger getting the best of him. He began to eat. He was famished. He ate as much as he could, feeling stuffed in the end. He hadn't eaten that well in months. He moved the tray to the side as he got out of bed. He began to put his clothing back on.

He finished dressing and opened the door slowly. He looked around the hall, no one was seen as he began to walk the hall quietly. He stopped as he walked by a door in the hall. He turned to it. It was the room he remembered seeing Luka in with the two women. Billy knew he was there. He could see the stairs from where he was, but something was drawing him to the room. He looked at the stairs again in his view as he tried his best to move forward, but he was stuck.

He turned to the door as he grabbed the handle and opened it. The room was dark, no visible light beside the light the open door cast from the hallway. It felt ominous and foreboding. He shook his head. "What am I doing?" He thought to himself as he went to close the door. He heard a voice. "Come in Billy." He heard quietly, almost as if it were in his head.

It felt like his body had a mind of its own as he walked into the dark room and closed the door. He began to take his clothing off without a thought and walked over to the bed and got into it. He was greeted with an arm wrapped around him and pulled to the person in the bed. His flesh was still cold to the touch. "Trying to leave, weren't you?" Luka groggily spoke.

"I need to go home." Billy said as cuddled up to Luka. "This is home now. I will send for your belongings, but I need you here. I need you close to me." Luka insisted. "I don't want to stay here." Billy mentioned. "Nonsense, you were rich once. You are again here. You will no longer need to work. All you need to do is take care of yourself and take care of me." Luka stated. "Now no more questions. Sleep with me." Luka murmured as Billy's eyelids grew heavy and closed.

Billy woke closer to evening. The curtains opened in the room, but he was alone. He managed to put his clothing on before exiting the room. He went for the stairs as the woman who brought him food came up. "No, you need to go to the office." She spoke as she took his arm in hers. He followed her back down the hall and to the office. She brought him inside and up to the chair in front of the desk. "Please sit." She stated as Billy sat down. Luka sat writing with a quill by candlelight as the woman left the room.
