Orm has known Lingling for as long as she can remember. They were neighbors and childhood friends. Lingling is 7 years her senior and Orm has always and will always be her Nong. She's always been drawn to the older woman, always been wanting to go to her house even when they we're young. In turn, Ling has always adored the young woman. Always taking care of the kid when she comes over, making sure to play with her and cater to her needs. One thing though, Orm is like a spinning tornado, quite loud and just full to the brim of energy while Ling is very calm, quite introverted and always keeps to herself. Despite that, she has always loved the company of the younger woman and never found herself annoyed or tired with the boisterous kid. Her fame came when one of her highschool performances became viral overnight. She quicky rose to stardom when her videos was shared throughout all social media platforms. At first, she didn't know what happened, it was a normal day for Orm, she was just going to school as usual when she was surprised by the number of people in front of her University. She thought there was some artist visiting the school that she weren't aware of. She noticed that the people camping out her school had cameras and microphones seemingly waiting for someone. When she came down from her school service one person noticed her and the next thing she knew she's being hounded by a bunch of reporters and producers asking for an interview or giving her calling cards for an audition. She was so confused and so scared that she stepped back in their car. She dialled the first person she can think of aside from her parents. She can't alarm them while they're oversees. Lingling. She was so glad that the woman picked up the call quickly. "P'Ling, I need help. I'm in front of my school and there's a bunch of people here asking for an interview. I have a bunch of calling cards from people asking me to audition to something. P'Ling, I don't even know why they're talking to me. I went back in my car because there's too much people. Please come to me. I'm scared."
"Oh no. N'Orm, I'm on the way. We're you on your phone last night? Did you see the latest viral video?"
She can hear the worry from the woman's voice. "I wasn't on my phone last night because I have a test and you told me to rest up early. This morning, my phone was dead so I didn't get to check social media. I just went straight to school today.", she explained.
"Okay. I'll explain later. I'll be there in ten minutes."
"Okay P'Ling. I'll wait for you here. Drive safe." She hung up the call and waited.
