Halloween Night in the Mushroom Kingdom

Luigi trembled as he wandered around the cozy confines of the living room, his werewolf costume causing a shiver to run down his spine. The ambiance was filled with flickering candlelight, casting playful shadows on the walls, while the smell of popcorn and candy wafted through the air, setting the perfect Halloween mood.

The Mario Crew had gathered for the festivities, each character sporting an imaginative costume that added to the fun. Mario stood proudly in his classic Fred Jones attire, complete with an orange ascot. Beside him, Princess Peach was dressed like Daphne Blake and her blonde hair was flowing behind her. Rosalina had a mystical aura, dressed as a witch, clad in celestial robes that sparkled like the night sky.

In the corner, Yoshi Jr. roared playfully, his dragon costume featuring vibrant green scales and bright, oversized wings. Daisy was a cheerful sight in her pumpkin outfit, orange and round with a leafy green hat perched atop her head. Toad walked around the room, his ghostly sheet trailing behind him, exclaiming, "Boo!" with enthusiasm.

Rohan commanded attention in his regal attire, a king's robe draping over him, gold accents shimmering under the soft lighting. Not to be outdone, Donkey Kong had taken a creative leap, transforming himself into Caesar from Planet of the Apes by meticulously painting his face and fashioning a makeshift costume that captured the essence of the character.

In a surprising twist, Sonic was weirdly dressed as Pikachu, complete with yellow fabric and pointy ears that made him look both amusing and adorable. As the group reveled in laughter and playful banter, Peach nestled up against Mario on the couch, their shared warmth a stark contrast to Luigi's shivering.

With the excitement buzzing in the air, Sonic perked up, breaking the moment of camaraderie. "So... what are we gonna do first for our Halloween night?" he asked, his eyes shimmering with anticipation for the night's adventures.

"Well, we've got a movie night right now," Rohan replied, getting the DVDs from the closet. "There's all sorts of scary movies that we're gonna watch. These movies are gonna have children, puppets, and singing nuns!"

"Hmm..." Luigi shuddered. "Not too sure about this..."

As soon as the TV started playing hat he thought was the movie, Luigi felt his eyes getting heavy and dozed off as everyone started cheering. 

Later on

Luigi, Mario, Toad, Rohan, Peach, Daisy, and Rosalina walked through the streets, trick-or-treating the many neighborhoods of the kingdom. Daisy was holding Luigi's hand and Rohan said, "Y'know, I think I know something that will help spice up tonight."

"What?" Peach asked. 

"A musical number."

Rohan smirked and Rosalina played a little of the guitar. In swift motions, he snapped his fingers and while everyone was walking, he started singing,

It's close to midnight and something evil's lurking in the dark!

Under the moonlight, you see a sight that almost stops your heart!

You try to scream but terror takes the sound before you make it!

You start to freeze as horror looks you right between the eyes

You're paralyzed!
