As Y/N skipped her way to the Bifröst, a familiar voice called out to her, stopping her in her tracks. "Sweetheart..." she turned to see Frigga and Odin standing there, their faces filled with a mixture of surprise and concern.
Frigga took a step forward, her eyes filled with concern. Her hand is on her chest. Y/N hurriedly closed the distance and embraced Frigga tightly, her voice a pleading whisper against her mother's shoulder. "Please take care,".
"Oh my little flower," Frigga held her daughter close, a mixture of sadness and pride in her eyes. She gently stroked Y/N's hair and whispered back, "You take care as well, my dearest."
After a while, Frigga gently pulled away, a bittersweet smile on her face. She gave Y/N a lingering kiss on the forehead, her eyes filled with a swirling mix of love, worry, and acceptance. "Safe journey, my child," Frigga said softly, her voice cracking slightly. Y/N nodded at her mother, reluctantly breaking the embrace.
Y/N turned her attention to Odin, her eyes fixed on his figure. With a clear of her throat, she addressed him formally. "Father," she said, lowering herself in a respectful bow. The strained relationship between them is evident in her formal gesture. Odin understood the unspoken message in her actions. The once-close bond they had shared had grown distant since Y/N had learned of his actions towards Hela. The air between them was thick with tension as they stood face to face.
After a brief moment, she straightened herself, her shoulders squared and her chin held high. With a final glance at her parents, she continued her journey towards the Bifröst, her footsteps resolute and purposeful. Her parents stood there watching the back of their youngest child fade away with distance.
As Y/N approached the Bifröst gate, she anticipated seeing only Heimdall. However, her eyes widened in surprise when she spotted Loki standing there. Loki glanced back at her, a subtle smirk tugging at his lips. He turned to face her fully, crossing his arms across his chest. "Well, well, if it isn't my little sister, funny meeting you here.", she just scoffed at him, she raised her eyebrows unconvinced "Hardly a coincidence I'm sure," she said playfully. Loki chuckled, amused by her skepticism. He shrugged nonchalantly.
"Perhaps not. But I assure you, I wasn't searching for you, dear sister. The universe simply has a knack for bringing us together, it seems." He said still playing. Instead of shooting him back with another remark she just smiled softly at him, Loki saw the hint of nostalgia in her smile, and his cocky demeanor softened for just a moment. He took a step closer to her, a hint of concern in his voice. "So, you're off on an adventure, I hear? Exploring realms beyond the Bifröst?"
She just looked down and nodded, a lump forming in her throat. He had always been there for her growing up, throwing playful banter at one another, a constant presence in her life, guiding her, and supporting her. She never thought saying goodbye to him would be this hard, "Hey," he said softly, placing a hand on her shoulder. "It's alright, you know. I'll be here when you get back." He held her close, wrapping his arms around her in a tight embrace. As Y/N melted into his hug, Loki silently wrestled with his feelings. He knew he should encourage her on her journey, but a part of him was protective over her and didn't want her to go. He held her close, his grip gentle and firm as if trying to keep a piece of her with him. He whispered against her hair "Just promise me you'll come back in one piece, alright?"
"only if you'll promise to stay out of trouble," she said with a teary chuckle, Loki chuckled softly, his thumb gently wiping away a tear from her cheek. "Trouble, me? I have no idea what you're talking about, sister. I am the paragon of innocence and good behavior." he said playfully making her chuckle again, "also please tell Thor I love him, and that I will see him very soon" she said softly, He mock-sighed, a teasing smile playing on his lips. "Of course, dear sister. I shall deliver your message to the big oaf when he's back." And with that, they pulled away. She walked over to Heimdall, Heimdall spoke up, his voice calm and respectful. "Ready, my lady?", she exhales "I'm ready, Heimdall. Take me to Middle Earth, please." he bowed to her respectfully before he opened the Bifröst with his sword.
As the Bifröst flared to life, a mesmerizing bridge of multicolored light spanning across the cosmos, It stretched out toward Middle Earth, creating a bridge between the realms. Y/N took a deep breath, summoning her courage. She glanced back one last time at Loki, "Safe travels, little sister. May the realms be kind to you." Loki said while he stood watching her with a mixture of concern. She nodded at him and snapped her gaze back to the bridge, she saw a brilliant burst of rainbow colors and shimmering light in the air.
Y/N stepped onto the Bifröst and Within moments, the journey concluded, and the Bifröst's glow faded, depositing Y/N gently on the surface of Middle Earth. She opened her eyes, taking in her unfamiliar surroundings, she was no longer in Asgard.
