"Suit yourself!" Su Su said indifferently.

After walking a few steps, she noticed that Feng Zehua was still following her and couldn't help but stop.

"Why are you following me?" Su Su asked.

Feng Zehua looked at her innocently, "I said I would walk you back. It's not safe for a girl to walk alone at night."

Su Su stared at him, "I don't need you to."

Feng Zehua smiled and asked, "Then who do you want to walk you back?"

"That's my business," Su Su said coldly.

Seeing her serious expression, he had to nod and agree, "Alright then."

Seeing that he agreed not to follow her, Su Su turned around and continued walking.

After a while, she noticed that Feng Zehua was still following her.

She turned around again, her face showing displeasure, "Feng Zehua..."

"I'm not following you, I live just south of the base," Feng Zehua immediately explained, fearing she wouldn't believe him, he quickly gave his house number.

Su Su looked at him suspiciously for a moment before turning around and continuing to walk.

It wasn't until she was two streets away from her building that Feng Zehua finally turned in another direction.

Su Su's face immediately turned cold as she looked towards a corner.

Someone was hiding there, and they had been following her since she got off the car.

She wanted to take out her needle gun and eliminate the person following her.

After thinking about it, she suppressed the coldness in her heart. If there was more than one person following her, she wouldn't be able to kill them all in one go.

The others' screams would definitely attract the patrol team, and she wouldn't be able to escape then.

The only option now was to find a way to shake them off.

She immediately quickened her pace and slipped into a dark corner.

A moment later, three or four people emerged from the corner.

"Where is she?" someone asked.

"I don't know, we didn't dare to show ourselves when she stopped, afraid she'd notice us," one of them said.

"Could it be that she noticed we were following her and ran away?" someone speculated."Then hurry up and chase her!" the first voice said again.

They didn't see Su Su hiding in the corner and thought she had run away, so they quickly split into three groups and chased in different directions.

Su Su didn't come out immediately. She waited in the corner for more than ten minutes before coming out.

Seeing that those people had left, she felt relieved and continued walking home.

As soon as she got home, she turned on the lights.

Before leaving, she had covered the stove, so the room wasn't much warmer than outside.

The stove and the cover were a set, with several holes on the cover to keep the charcoal inside from going out.

When she opened the stove cover, there was still some charcoal left, so she added a few pieces of wood.

To make the wood burn faster, she took out a handheld gas torch and lit it, then used it to ignite the wood in the stove.

The wood quickly turned red under the flame of the gas torch, and the room warmed up a lot.

After turning off the gas torch and putting it back in her space, she finally changed out of her snow-dampened coat.

She took off her down jacket, wrapped herself in a thick blanket from her space, and hung the down jacket on the balcony to dry.

Before leaving, she checked the thermometer. The temperature had dropped to minus 32 degrees.

No wonder she felt so cold after just a short walk, her hands were almost numb.

She quickly ran back to the living room and warmed her hands by the stove.

Having dealt with the people who harmed her in her past life, she felt quite good.

Some might think she was ruthless, but she didn't feel they were innocent. After all, they made the same choices in this life as they did in the past.

They just tried to harm her in a different way.

After warming her hands, she took out a spicy beef self-heating hotpot from her space.

She tore off the plastic wrap, opened the lid, and took out the vegetable, meat, and noodle packs.

Oh, and the heating pack too.

She put the noodles in the box first, then opened the vegetable and meat packs. The aroma of beef made her mouth water.

After placing the vegetable and meat packs, she carefully took out the box with the ingredients. Then she opened the heating pack and put it in the box.

She poured hot water into the ingredient box, then poured room temperature water into the heating pack box.

As the heating pack quickly expanded, she quickly put the ingredient box back in and covered it.After fifteen minutes, it would be ready to eat.

Su Su took out her tablet, placed it on a stand, and started watching a romantic comedy.

Fifteen minutes passed quickly. She carefully opened the lid of the self-heating hotpot.

A burst of steam rose, and the soup was still bubbling.

Su Su took a sniff and sighed, "Smells so good."

She immediately picked up the provided chopsticks and put a piece of beef in her mouth. The beef was tender and delicious.

Su Su eagerly started eating, forgetting about the movie.

After eating, she finished watching the movie and quickly ran to bed, afraid the warmth she had built up would be lost.

Although the electric blanket was warm, she still felt cold air seeping into the bed.

"Sigh, it feels like it's getting colder. I wonder how low the temperature will drop."

Su Su tossed and turned in bed, feeling it wasn't warm enough.

She sighed and reluctantly stuck her feet out of the bed.

To sleep well tonight, she had to do it!

She quickly got out of bed, ran to the living room, and brought the stove into her room.

For safety, she opened a small crack in the window.

After doing all this, she was satisfied and went back to bed.

The next day, Su Su stayed in bed for half an hour after waking up, not wanting to get up.

She had woken up in the middle of the night because the charcoal in the stove had burned out, and the electric blanket alone couldn't keep her warm.

She had to get up and add more charcoal before going back to sleep.

The charcoal hadn't burned out yet, so the room wasn't too cold.

But she could feel that the temperature had dropped again.

She wondered how low it had dropped.

She tentatively stuck her foot out of the bed, but quickly pulled it back when it touched the cold air.
