Ethan: "I want to know how Lila died."Sinclair: "It’s strange how no one knows who killed her. The CCTV footage shows nothing."
Ethan: "Maybe it really was a ghost."
Jake: "Come on, you’re scaring me! I don’t like this school because of those rumors."
Gabriel: "Pathetic."
Sinclair: "I don’t believe in ghosts. I want to know how the murderer did it."
Ethan: "I’m telling you, the shadow figure is real."
Sinclair: "Fine, I’m in. I’m curious."
Lily: "Me too!"
Gabriel: "It’s too dangerous for you, Lily, but if you’re going, I guess I’ll go too."
Lily: "Thanks!"
Jake: "You guys can’t be serious, right? Fine, I’ll go too."
Determined to avenge Lila, Ethan and his friends decide to go ghost hunting after all. Surprisingly, Damian decides to join them, but Sinclair is cautious and questions why he wants to join. Damian explains that the transferred student is actually his nephew, and he also wants revenge, revealing that they are very close due to their mother.
On the first night of exploring, Damian leads the way, and the silence of the hallways and the eerie stillness feel like a thick fog, clouding their minds and constricting their breaths. They explore for about an hour but find nothing, as their slow walking due to fear keeps them from discovering anything on the first night.
On the second night, they notice Cassandra working late with a weird expression—almost like she's happy yet mad—but pay no attention to her.
During the hunt, jake sees Lila in the corner of the hallway and, without thinking, chases after her. After a while, Jake's breath comes in short gasps, his heart pounding in his ears as he rounds yet another corner. "Wait!" he yells, but the figure vanishes again, like a ghost slipping through the cracks. The hallway stretches before him, endless and unfamiliar. That's when it hits him—he is alone, and the shadows seem to be closing in.
After a few moments, Ethan and Gabriel realize jake is missing and begin searching for him. As they look around, they spot Cassandra walking in the hallway with her hands covered in red. Sienna, feeling uneasy, confronts her and asks, "Hey, what's on your hands?"
"Oh, it's just paint. I've been painting," Cassandra replies with a shaky voice, leaving in a hurry with a hint of a smile on her face as she brushes past them and walks away.
The group exchanges wary glances but continues their search for Lukas, as Sinclair wonders to herself if that was really paint and how Damian knows all the paths. Well, I guess he is a teacher. They continue to search for Lukas, unaware of the dark turn that awaits them.
