In Gokul, life was simple and filled with joy. Draupadi, now a few years old, had become one of the most beloved girls in the village. Her radiant smile and playful nature made her a favorite among the gopis, the girls who grew up tending to the cows and enjoying the peaceful beauty of Gokul. Draupadi, though younger, always had a sense of wisdom about her that made her stand out.
Among her closest friends was Radha, a girl known for her grace and kind heart. Radha and Draupadi, though different in many ways, shared a bond that was unbreakable. Together with a few other gopis, they spent their days in the fields, gathering flowers, tending to the cattle, and enjoying the cool breeze that swept through the village.
In the peaceful garden near the pond, the gopis of Gokul were busy with their playful game. Laughter and joy filled the air as they crafted clay dolls for a pretend wedding. Each girl had her task—some shaped the female dolls, while one girl, quiet and focused, was assigned the responsibility of creating the male doll.
As the soft breeze blew through the trees, Avni, one of the gopis, came running towards the girl who was working on the male doll. Her steps were light as she hurried over, excitement bubbling in her voice.
"Draupadi!" Avni called out breathlessly, a smile on her face. "Everyone has finished their dolls! How is yours coming along?"
The girl, sitting near the edge of the pond, didn't immediately respond. Instead, she slowly turned her head, her movements full of grace. Her long hair cascaded over her shoulder, and she glanced back at Avni with a smile that lit up her entire face. Without saying a word, she held up the clay doll she had been crafting.
It was a male doll, beautifully made. Every feature, from the sharp lines of his face to the intricate details of his clothes, showed the care she had put into making him. The doll looked princely, with a quiet nobility in its expression.
Avni's eyes widened in awe. "Oh, Draupadi," she whispered, staring at the doll. "It's perfect. He looks like a real prince! You've done an amazing job!"
