long distance 'friendship'

an unexpected start

skeppy had been staring on his monitor for a couple of minutes now, unsure of what he was supposed to do, no exact ideas to make a video for today, or atleast do at the moment to prevent himself from getting bored. he'd take off his headphones and grab his phone on the desk and open twitter to entertain himself for awhile, scrolling down using his thumb with no expression on his face, just boredom. until, while exploring in the internet that seemed to be hours, his eyes lit up at some notification he got.

he was accepted on a random server application from the last video he made about applying for staff in fifty servers. he was thankful for his luckyness since he didn't really expect to get any response on the random servers until now. skeppy had a little silly, ridiculous idea, thinking that it would be atleast great content to post on his youtube channel, he'd put his phone down and opened up mc launcher, logging onto his minecraft account and getting on multiplayer, selecting munchymc.

skeppy had successfully added the person he was supposed to be dealing with during the application in teamspeak, though, he had to admit, he was a little nervous about it and at the same time, he found it humorous for some reason, he's just like that. he would patiently wait for the person to start this whole interview, staying silent for a little while after setting up all the things he needed to record.

the sound of that made skeppy's heart skip a beat, he'd immediately sit up properly on his gaming chair, praying that things would go well just as he planned,

" hey, uh, skeppy, you there? "
the person spoke, completely oblivious to skeppy's soon to be ridiculous/annoying acts once the interview gets a little more longer and interesting. well, skeppy felt slightly bad he had to mess with this person that seemed to be actually nice and polite, but that didn't stop skeppy, afterall, its for content anyway, skeppy chuckled a little bit to himself before unmuting his mic.

" hello? "

" hey. "

" are you.. ready for your interview? "

" uh, i think so yeah. i prepared for it and everything i need, so i think i am. "

at the moment, skeppy didn't even have any idea what to answer for the entire interview,staring awkwardly into his monitor. just secretly hoping that all of the questions the person will be asking him should be a tad bit easy atleast.

" oh you did? "
slight amusement was found hinting in the person's voice, skeppy could tell this person's lips was tugging into a small smile judging on how he could read the other's voice clearly.

" uh. yeah, yeah, i just a little studied for it. "

" awesome! "

after minutes that seemed to be hours of the other dealing with skeppy's such unprofessional behavior during the interview. he had been suspecting that skeppy wasn't exactly taking the whole application seriously at all, well, that made him a little irritated. most of the time, he had been hearing the stupid word "ping spoofing" coming out of skeppy's mouth, that he felt like he was gonna explode in annoyance any second now. he was slowly losing his mind over this. almost felt like he was gonna have a headache if they continue this furthermore.

andd.. the interview escalated quickly into a small pointless argument over a player named "silverthrone93" that was hacking in the server while playing. to be honest, skeppy was just 'goofing' around, assuming that the poor player was a hacker for some reason. ofcourse the owner of munchymc didn't believe skeppy at all, he thought skeppy was just messing around to irritate the person even more.
