Naoto Uzumaki (16), a Chunin-ranked shinobi of the Hidden LEaf Village gets up from the thick mud, he saw motionless Hinata, who is sinkingin the thick mud.
"Oh no you don't!" Naoto Uzumaki said as he grabbed Hinata;s barefoot to pulled her out on the thick mud.
Hinata, after being pulled out by Naoto from the deep thick muddy lake, falls down on the ground beside him, breathing hard and fast
She looks over at him and sees that he was also dirty by the mud and had mud all over him, as she tries to get her breath back
"Are you alright, Hinata? We're still stuck in the middle of the curse of the red moon, the Infinite Tsukuyomi, even though that rinnegan that you have in that eyes poses no harm." Naoto Uzumaki said.
Hinata nods
"Y-yeah, I'm fine..."
Hinata sat up, looking at her clothes and body, both completely mud-covered
"Ugh, this sucks... I didn't even do anything either..."
Hinata tries to wipe the mud from her face, but she just manages to spread it over her face even more
"And even you are barefooted." Naoto Uzumaki said.
Hinata looks down at her bare feet, covered in mud
"Damn it, first my clothes, now my feet..."
Hinata groans, frustrated, as she looks around at the murky surroundings
Suddenly, a thought crosses Hinata's mind as she looks over at Naoto
"Wait a second..."
She gazes at his feet, still in his sandals, then looks up at him
"You still have your sandals on..."
"I lost it while I was sinking on the thick mud." Naoto Uzumaki said.
Hinata pouts, her disappointment showing on her face
"You were lucky enough to have your sandals on, and you lost them in the mud...?"
She sighs "Now we're both barefoot..."
"But first, we need to find the others in the middle of the curse of the red moon that is happening through the entire shinobi world." Naoto Uzumaki said.
Hinata nods, still somewhat frustrated
"You're right... We should focus on finding the others... But how...?"
Hinata looks around at the endless mud and the thick fog surrounding them, obscuring their vision
Then, the two spotted motionless Ino, who is sinking into the mud.
"Ino!!!" Naoto Uzumaki said as he pulled Ino out of the thick mud.
Hinata watched as Naoto pulled Ino out of the thick mud, concerned for her condition
"Ino!"
She rushed over to her side, helping her up and checking for any injuries
"Are you alright? Are you hurt anywhere?"
Ino deadpanned.
"Darn, I lost my boots in the mud and my bare soles are muddy." Ino Yamanaka said.
inata couldn't help but chuckle softly at Ino's reaction. She glanced down at her own bare feet, also still covered in mud
"You're not the only one, Ino. You're not the only one..."
The three of them look around the murky surroundings, trying to spot any other signs of life
"I don't see anyone else here... Do you?"
Hinata asks, her eyes searching the dimly lit area for any signs of movement or sound
"Let's find the others, we're in the middle of the curse of the Infinite Tsukuyomi." Naoto said.
Hinata and Ino both nod in agreement
"You're right, we need to keep going..."
Hinata looks down at her bare feet and then at Ino's and Naoto's
"But walking barefoot through this mud... It's going to be tough..."
"We're nearly close to transformed into a white zetsu." Naoto Uzumaki said.
Hinata's eyes widen at Naoto's words, a chill running down her spine
"T-transformed into... a white zetsu...?!"
She looks down at her hands, fear and concern etched on her face
In the distance, the three of them hear a faint rustling, snapping them out of their concerned thoughts
"Did you guys hear that...?"
Hinata whispers, her senses heightened
They all instinctively draw closer together, their eyes darting around, trying to pinpoint the source of the noise
"Stay alert... We don't know what might be out there..."
Naoto cautiously whispers, his hand reaching for his weapon
The rustling continues, seemingly coming from multiple directions
"It's getting louder... It's coming from everywhere..."
Hinata's voice trembles slightly as she speaks, the tension in the air palpable
Then, Naoto spotted Tenten's bare soles in front of him, knowing she is under the thick mud.
Naoto's eyes widen as he notices Tenten's bare feet, partially buried in the mud
"I found Tenten!"
He quickly moves towards her, hoping to pull her out before she gets stuck any further
Hinata and Ino follow closely behind Naoto, their eyes on Tenten's still form
"Is she okay...?"
Hinata tries to see if Tenten is breathing, concerned for her safety
With a bit of effort, Naoto manages to pull Tenten out from the mud, her body limp and unmoving
"I got her...!"
He sets her down gently, checking for any injuries while Ino and Hinata watch anxiously
Hinata crouches down next to Tenten, placing a hand on her shoulder
"Tenten... Can you hear me? Wake up..."
She gently shakes her, desperate for a response, her heart pounding in her chest
"I lost my boots ." Tenten said, deadpanned.
Hinata lets out a sigh of relief, glad to hear Tenten's voice, even if it's just to complain about her boots
"Just your boots? That's all you're concerned about right now?"
