{ Homeworld calendar year 1946, November 7th }

At the balcony of the People's Building, Slava Rodiny, Vespechann Union.

General Secretary Stlani Vladislav looked out the balcony and unto the streets. Another crushing victory had been attained by the liberation army at the battle of turnerburg and soon they would be marching into the gates of königston itself. And as usual people were cheering on the streets. Throwing confetti and dancing, a war that has lasted for 6 years was finally coming to a close.

With the rest of the western powers either surrendering or in the process of retreating. All it needed was a final kick and the stack of cards would come falling down. Almost 3.4 million men were at the front, and almost 3000 ships were in the Orinien ocean either helping to clean up the remnants of the once mighty venndian fleets, or blockading the shrinking power that is Ulgaria.

Eventually, the aging leader was notified of a meeting later in the day. A large storm was suddenly detected at just 400 miles of the coast of Tzardiny, Bolkazarin Sultanate. And was approaching Rapidly.

meeting room 4

Inside meeting room 4, all the ministers were gathered. Indistinct talking were heard in the room. Just then the General secretary entered the room.

"Zdra Unido!"

The minister of defense, Mannlich, stood up and shouted as well as saluted the general secretary. As soon as they heard the words, all the other ministers procceded to stand up from their seats.

"At ease everyone."

Stlani ordered and soon enough all the ministers were back on their seats. Stlani sat at the very front of the table, he began to speak once more.

"Good morning everyone, i was told there was a storm coming form the south?"

The minister of defence quickly rose up.

"Yes sir, its the largest and fastest we've seen. Too fast... im afraid we only have 7 hours to evacuate the area of Geruntiar and some parts of Zventia del Moria. Fortunately the Sultanate informed us early and over 8 million have been evacuated."

"But isn't there over 24 million in both Geruntiar and Zventia?"

The minister of welfare asked in concern.

"And what about our Agriculture there? Vorten city alone acounts 50% of the agriculture down there. If production is halted even for just a week it could lead to a disastrous famine in the Geruntiar region. Especially if our crops are devastated after the storm"

Asked the minister of economy with even more concern.

"We are currently in the process of speeding up evacuations, since there is a lack of storm shelters in the region. We have resorted to use the old bomb shelters. But forces there helping the evacuation are bogged down because the highways and roads were all bombed during the great patriotic defense. We can't save everyone."

The General secretary had a frown on his face, knowing thousand of his people had already died due to the massacres, but now they encountered a new threat... the biggest storm in the history of the eastern continent.

"How troublesome indeed... But we must not lose hope. We can still rebuild, but first we must try to save it before it gets destroyed. Have all available forces there to help out with the evacuations. We must save as many as we can."
