Our group all hung out around the library and tried to find sneaky places to hangout during our break time. Until break time was over and everyone scrambled to their math classes resulting in me panicking to find my calculus class. I swear the class just had to disappear on me once I got in a rush. I marched looking left and right until looking forward was vital . I landed straight onto someone's back.

"Shit sorry I wasn't paying attention" I refused to look up at who it was and instantly bolted as soon as possible. Why was I getting lost? I literally toured this morning and found all my classes.

Literally 6 minutes late into my class. I finally came across the hidden hall behind a bunch of shaped bushes. I sighed and walked in awkwardly hoping no one noticed me. Everyone was rushing to get a seat.

I stood on the stairs that went up and noticed a timer that was making everyone startled to get into their seats. Why were people acting like it was a bomb? Suddenly I felt someone grab onto my shirt from the back and pull me onto a chair. "Just take this chair. Dont piss me off." said a grumpy voice.

I stressfully turned to the side as I saw Law's familiar face with two new ones next to him. "Don't look at me like that, you inconvenience me enough." he said, ticking me off. "Oh please I never yearned for your help I would've found a seat." I said to fight back "Sure you would have found a seat coming into class 6 minutes late, I believe that. " whatever I mocked under my breath.

A few 30 boring minutes into class after professor Tom took attendance I started drawing as the professor set up his plan for the class.

"Okay class I have a quick calculus activity, find a partner i'll set a timer" I HATE THIS CLASS ALREADY. I panicked and looked around hoping I saw someone I knew.

"Just stay here, don't leave" his stern voice held my body down to the chair. I felt so unable to leave him even if I had to. "I wasn't leaving you" EW I MADE THAT SOUND SO WEIRD AND CREEPY. "That sounded weird" I corrected, trying to make myself more clear. "I know what you meant."

Laws perspective

Every time I looked over at [y/n] she was doing something stupid. She gets distracted so easily. I don't know how I can keep up with myself having class with her for 2 hours every day. I would be lying if I said she wasn't a good artist, and how she drew with one hand while the other hand took over her hair to keep it back.

The lecture got so boring thankfully the professor assigned something to make the insufferable silence next to y/n a little better. Everyone got up to find their partners, leaving me to look at Shachi and Penguin.

"Whatre you guys looking at?" I was confused looking at their creepy expressions. "Sorry Doc unfortunately it's a group of 2" their annoying expressions of fake sorrow pissed me off. I turned around and looked at y/n getting up to leave. I tried grabbing for her wrist but missed. Shit I accidentally grabbed her shirt and pulled her back before the steps took the best of her and made her slip through a hurd of students. "Just stay here, don't leave" fuck now I sound like I want to be partners with her. She replied saying "I wasn't leaving you". For some reason I felt a sort of thump in my chest. My gulp became harder to swallow. I watched her sit back in her seat.

A couple minutes went by mid assignment and y/n couldn't get her fingers off the phone for a second. Was I that boring to be around? Who was she texting that made her so indulged in her texts?

"[y/n] can you focus on me?" I said boldly quickly, gaining her attention. I pulled her chair over to mine so she could hear me better. "Seriously get off the phone. I'm not doing this whole assignment myself." She heard me loud enough since we were in a closer distance than before. I watched her take the papers from my hand and watched her do the other half of the work.

Every time she was stuck on a question she tried to not look up at me for my reaction to her answer. I would just nod and look the other way. Class is ending in 5 minutes now.

I took the papers back from y/n and checked them off. She misunderstood the preferred formulas and got most of her answers wrong. Now I could've just turned this in on the behalf of her not paying attention but since it was a graded portion on her part. I erased everything she got wrong , and rewrote the correct answers , then turned them in.

[Y/N] perspective

I couldn't take law serious. I mean did he really pull my chair into his?? what was his deal. He can be cold and rude but also so.. close..physically without recoiling in disgust of a human 2 inches near him.

I couldn't get his voice asking to focus on him out of my head. it just kept replaying over and over again. I'm pretty positive I did everything wrong on my calculus worksheet. I could feel his glare burn my ears as he watched me answer question to question, but his eyes were never on the paper. His eye's always sat on me. I watched as he walked back up the steps and sat down in his chair picking his things up one by one.

Calculus FINALLY came to an end. So I scrolled through my phone to see if anyone was done with their classes but unfortunately not. I sighed and looked at Law packing up. Surprisingly I built up the courage to ask him what his plan was since class ended.

"Hey are u doing anything right now since class is over??" I questioned in a bored manner knowing I had no plan on doing anything

"I'm probably gonna go home and go on a walk with my cat....you??" I looked back in awe of hoping to see his cat again someday. "Nothing......" I sighed giving him a strange look.

Laws POV

[y/n] had the most ridiculous expression on her face. "Don't look at me like that," I said. Her face was so easy to fall for. My heart would hurt to look at her.

I thought of the smile lines that once etched into a girl's face that I used to be familiar with . Her eyes raced like it was a hike. I missed that girl so bad. I couldn't possibly be stuck on something like this right now.

"Law??" y/n broke the awkward silence of me dissociating mid conversation. The way y/n said my name etched a beat in my heart. "Sorry yea what do you need?" I said annoyingly. "Can I come with you? I'm just super-"

" okay." I responded quickly. Embarrassingly enough we both had a fair share of weird experiences shared in the class so far.  Her eyes beamed open at me since i let her come with.

We walked out of the hall. It looked busy outside on campus today. I couldn't imagine what special event days on the campus looked like. The rush was insane today for the first day of school. I told y/n to be quick and to follow after me so she did not get lost following me. We walked through a huge rush. The weather was gleaming sunny cold winds.

The campus was flooded with students. I looked back and had lost y/n even though I told her to keep a sharp eye out for me as I was in front of her. There was nothing more i was scared of compared to crowds on people. I was in disbelief for not realizing the silence earlier. I looked back as soon as I heard my name being called out.

I heard her shouting out my name. I felt a memory pierce my heart and I saw y/n call out my name frantically with worry on her face.

Y/n's POV

The crowd of students were so big I let go of my vision of law standing in front of me and TOTALLY GOT LOST......AGAIN. I called his name out loud, anxiously hoping I didn't lose my chance to be with him for the break. Part of me was scared he was going to be mad at me for being stupid.
