We (outfit 65) sat that morning in Riley's room Maya and I wondering how long this was gonna last how she and Lucas were gonna avoid talking about this. What's this you might ask? Well when they kissed of course and Riley was fine not talking about it at all. But Maya let her know that nothing was gonna happen in their lives ever again if they didn't talk about their kiss with her and Lucas. What do they do now? Do they become boyfriend and girlfriend? I laughed as Maya did fish face at her. Riley felt that the world got over it asked why Maya couldn't that I didn't sound interested in what had happened between her and Lucas. Maya pointed out that my prince from France I'm supposed to marry showed up just after all of this and our lives will never be the same again. Life has gone on for Farrah the rest of the world has stopped nothing new is happening.
And then Farkle showed up when Riley saw that nothing was happening just as Maya said. She hugged him and said yay. Maya asked him if he was there for a reason. He said he had two tickets to a concert and there were 4 of us and didn't know who to take. Riley said this was a very original situation that could have many twists and turns. But Farkle said he liked the way she hugged him and was gonna take Riley. Besides Farrah is technically already taken. Pretty boy showed up from France to sweep her off her feet and became part of the friend group. So now I have one less choice between my girls. But I will always be there for you Farrah even when you and Jack are official. And then he left and there was nothing. And then Maya said we were back and started giving details on the date how she fell into his lap and then. And then her parents came and called out to her and she was happy.
Did I do something am I grounded do my friends have to leave? She asked them. You have to leave she told us. Her parents said no actually they were glad we were all here because they wanted us to babysit Auggie. Which Riley was happy about. Maya said been there done that and Riley felt that things can happen twice. And they didn't wanna hear from us unless it was an emergency. She said I'll tell you what could happen we could put too much soap into the washing machine and then find a puppy and ask can we keep him but then the owner comes and he's hot and Maya likes him but then he moves away because Maya can never be happy. See we're totally have a lot going on today. Tomorrow they corrected. Leaving Riley very confused. They said they had nothing today then left. And when they did Maya tried to pick up where we left off. You took Lucas by the face and then.... Then Auggie came in. Help me he begged us.
Yay she said again. Asked him if he had any problems she could help him with at school. He said he made a new friend and was worried about their parents not liking him. She was worried that his mother would treat him the same way she treated Ava. What if no one will ever be good enough for mommy's little boy? He worried. Riley felt that this could be a thing Maya said we could check on this twice tops. Riley said she would be involved. I reminded her that this was her mother's thing and Riley said you're right then asked him to go away. So that's it that's everyone we know that we can help with their problems. You have someone else that has a problem that you can help two somebodies actually I agreed with Maya. Riley asked who and Maya and I raised our hands. And she was happy because her two troubled and misunderstood friends had a problem that she could help us with. And she said people love our problems. Told us we were a mess. In our special ways. Only when Maya said what the problem was.... One of my best friends won't talk to her other two best friends about the most important thing that happened in her life. And we don't know what to do. I frowned along side Maya.
We sat there for a moment in silence. A moment later Riley said she kissed Lucas. You don't say. Maya said we had Riley in the middle one of us on each side of her. What happens now? She asks between us. Fortunately for us we were learning all about it in her father's class. His lesson was on the new world. He said how people who live their whole lives in a certain place travel to a new place of a new feelings and new opportunities. Riley didn't like how dead on her father's lesson was. Lucas and Riley looked up and were paying attention now neither of them liked this at all. Cory continued to say how they had no idea how to behave in this new society. Riley asked what Lucas told him but no one had said anything. And Maya and I and Farkle were loving it and I'd told Jack on the way so that he was all caught up. Lucas on the other hand had agreed he was also uncomfortable just like Riley was. Farkle asked Maya about how her dad didn't know that Lucas and Riley kissed which she confirmed. And he agreed that everything he was saying was making them both uncomfortable and I agreed.
