Suddenly she stopped and look into Freen's eyes, looking into her beautiful brown eyes as she said, "Marry me, Freen."

Freen looked again, admiringly, at the bright brown eyes, looking deeply into Becky, as if she was reading Becky's mind. They just stared at each other for an inordinate amount of time, as if the entire world had disappeared around them, as if all that existed in that time and place, were just two normal teenage girls, two caterpillars that had become butterflies, who knew they had each other, and would always have each other.

"Marry me..." Becky said again.

Still no response from Freen. They fell silent again, staring into each other's eyes until the corner of Freen's mouth began to turn up into a smile as she blew out a series of giggles.

Freen was laughing uncontrollably and Becky blinked in confusion as she looked into Freen's eyes. Something in Freen's eyes changed and she looked away before Becky could put her finger on it, as if Becky could actually do that.

She looked over at Freen, raising her eyebrows. "What's funny?" She asked.

"You." Freen replied still laughing as she tried to move her body.

Becky pushed herself off Freen's body and Freen stood up to sit on the couch next to Becky, still laughing. Freen had her back leaning against the couch as Becky looked at her, watching the amusement on Freen's face. Becky was still confused. She didn't think she had said anything funny, but why did Freen say she was funny? But then, she decided to join in the merriment. If Freen thought she was funny, she should be funny. She loved seeing Freen's smile and laugh.

"Marry me, Freen." She said again, but this time with a more demanding tone. Her eyebrows were furrowed, but her lips were smiling. She looked at Freen who continued to laugh for a moment without saying a word until Freen's laughter slowly faded.

"I have to get back to work now na, do you want to stay here?" Freen asked as she got off the couch, straightened her dress, and brushed her hair. She wasn't going to leave that room as it was because it would be completely questionable if people saw her in that state like she and Becky did something inappropriate back there.

At first, Becky gave her a confused face, but she answered anyway, "Ka, I want to read my book." Becky said as she reached for her backpack and pulled out some books she brought from home.

A knock sounded and the door opened, revealing Ice.

"P'Freen, I'm going to have lunch with P'Nam. Do you want to go too?" She asked, and then noticed Becky was in the room as well, "Becbec ka?"

Becky looked at her and then looked at Freen as if she was waiting for Freen to say something on her behalf. Becky had always been like this, although she was getting used to salon's environment and staff, but she was only completely comfortable with Nam and Faye, next to Freen of course, but not with other employees.

Nam was more like an older sister, always worrying about her, asking if she was okay. From the first day she met Becky, she immediately felt the connection between them, as she also had a younger brother who was autistic as well, so something in her said she had to take care of Becky as a good sister as she was with her brother.

And Faye, although Becky already hated her the moment they met, but deep down, she liked her as much as Nam. Faye had always been a good friend to her even though she liked to tease her or make fun of her in every way possible.

"I'm hungry, nong. But I have a client in a few minutes." Freen said to Ice. "Where are you going?"

"I don't know, we haven't decided yet. Maybe that Khao Man Gai shop across the street."
