Story 54 - Stay Awake

(This Is yet ANOTHER Blocktales based story. It's basically a sequel to the cruel king story I made. Enjoy!)

I went through timelines and timelines again; searching for a change.

For the longest time, I couldn't find one.

That was until.. I reached out to him fully.

The king.

With his hands in mine, I brought him back to his senses. To a normal mind; something I could atleast talk to. Despite his cold demeanor at times, he's sweet. A good ruler.

A good ruler that didn't deserve to die to my hands that many times.

I feel regret. Yes. But, now's not the time. I have a new person I need to focus on saving.

I've gotta recall how this goes again. I've played through the scenario time and time again, but I've just gotta be sure.

I had a newfound goal given to me by shedletsky: Collect the rest of the swords.

He sent me to check on this old guy he was friends with that was the guardian of the venomshank.

When I showed up, I met a few people I grew fond of like this girl named Kyoko, who's an adventurer like me. She's truly a person I can call a friend..

.. Continuing on.

When i went to go to Turitopolis to check on the old guy, what i found wasn't very good.

The old man's son (I think he called himself Griefer?) had kidnapped his own father to force him into unshieving the venomshank. Wow. What a son you've made. Heh.

I shouldn't be making fun of the father either. This is the work of those stupid voices again. Wonder what nonsense they're spouting now?

Moving on though, I made my way over to the son's base and holy Roblox! His room is a MESS! I can feel the perfectionist side of my mind rolling in agony from just being here!

I can tidy up his room later. It's fine.

For now, I've gotta focus.

I can't let him use the venomshank.

Oh boy.. it's about to come up now. Ok.

What haven't I tried?

I've tried talking; he never listens.

I've tried finding a cure to the bubonic stuff; does one even exist?

I've tried getting to the tree before him; wow.. he's fast.
